This was a waste of time. I called ahead CVS who routed me to a general minute clinic number. The agent explicitly said they were open today and while appointments are full, advised that I should go for walk-in. When I went in, they were closed (MLK day which is understandable but they should train their agents on their opening days). Paid for parking and arranged for childcare for nothing.

Wow, it feels like kind of a seedy area but when you walk in, it’s awesome. Clean, spacious, modern and everyone is friendly.

Provider asked if I wanted a Covid vaccine and I said sure. A month goes by and $400 was drafted out of my account without my knowledge. The Covid vaccine cost me $400 WITH INSURANCE. BE CAREFUL.

I was very impressed with Markita the nurse practitioner at the minute clinic in Seattle. She's very knowledgeable and personable. She diagnosed the problem and gave me an antibiotic and a topical gel - so the two would work together- she told me. She dressed the wound and gave instructions as to how I would do it.
She gave me changing pads etc that I would need to redo the dressing for the week. My wound is looking better.

Did not correctly diagnose. Insisted I do not have strep and made me have a very painful weekend until a doctor that cared gave me penicillin. Very slow service. Waste of time and money.

Taylor was my NP and she was great. Needed a strep test and also got a culture to be sure. Results were prompt.

I went to the cvs on 531 Queen Anne Ave N, Seattle. I was having a bad day but the NP on staff greeted me with a smile and helped cheer me up. I forgot to add my insurance and she was able to add it in there for me. I was worried I was going to have to pay out of pocket but because of this it was covered. She was very polite and professional and helped calm me down I didnt even realize she gave me a shot in my arm. She had no clue I was having a bad day so this interaction helped turn things around for me. I'll recommend coming here to anyone that needs the flu shot this season.

I came in for a walk in appointment and didn’t have to wait long to get seen by Marquita (I’m sorry if spelled your name wrong!). She was very efficient and listened to all my concerns. She sees many patients in a day and is trying her best to help everyone.

Visited for a flu vaccine. The whole process was quick and essentially painless. The practitioner was kind and engaging. Wait time was minimal. After signing in I probably waited a minute.

Succkkkk. Don’t come here. I came to the minute clinic to get a test. Checked in. Got the confirmation. They told me 30 min wait. More than an hour later, I checked with the nurse and she said she wouldn’t be able to see me today. If I wouldn’t have checked in with her, I would have waited there for who knows how long with no notification that I wasn’t going to be seen that day. Don’t tell people you’ll be seen and give them a time slot and then give absolutely zero notification. Ridiculous. Don’t waste your time coming here

We are reporting one of your “doctors” who is double booked 3 days in a row and asking your walks in that she can’t take anybody at 2 in the afternoon (3.5 hours before closing) and there is nobody in her office or her waiting room. For 1 simple vaccination.
The other doctor I think Tracy is a rockstar on the other hand - she works sundays. I hope she works at a better place than this because where she works doesn’t deserve this review.
