Visit for college’s clinical placement TB test. I choose blood test rather than skin test because of BCG. The staff provide nice recommendations and phlebotomy. The only con is a bit hard to know parking area.

ok - I’m going to start with the pros first. So first, I love that even though this urgent care is in Queen Anne, there is a parking garage! Free parking for patients.I had no problem, pulling in and parking and going right into the CVS. Another pro is that if you do end up needing medication from the clinic, it’s easy to have it sent right over to the pharmacy. They are side by side in the store.I was also in an out within 25 minutes, which I really appreciated! I ended up going here vs. my normal Zoom care on Broadway because their prices are recently now out of control!Anyway, I was sure I needed antibiotics, got the testing done to make extra sure, got my meds and drove home. Easy.Ok - now for the cons. (Mostly) Everyone who works at this CVS clinic and pharmacy seems like they genuinely don’t give a monkeys butt if you live or die they are just there to collect a paycheck and go home. Idk if there’s just not enough help at this location or if I just came in on a day when the juju was “off” but it wasn’t it for me, ppl. Also, one of the doctors/nurses (?) Idk who, just came into the room while my doctor was talking to me without knocking or explaining who he was which felt awkward and strange - just opened the door. I was like, who is this guy? ? Homie - you have to knock! What did your parents teach you? It was uncomfortable. I’m just used to people knocking at doctors offices/clinics.Then they had me do a urine sample for my potential UTI. once I returned back from the restroom with my sample, they tested the urine in the room with me — don’t you have a separate room to do that? I know seems picky to say that but it was odd! They literally whipped it up on the table and both of them stared at the pee soaked Ph strip while my lovely little pee bottle sat out awkwardly, staring all of us in the face on the counter. It just seemed a little embarrassing ???♀️I also paid for the visit inside the doctors room, which, not a pro or a con, but it just felt kind of odd there wasn’t a front desk person.I did not feel cared for at all as I did when I go to the ZoomCare. Also did not have the same “cleanliness” but again - it was quick and I knew what I needed before I got there. So I was able to look past the awkwardness of it all. But I could see if someone genuinely felt concerned about their health and wanted to feel cared for and heard, this would not be the place to go.TLDR: quick service, cheaper than most urgent cares if you’re paying out of pocket, good to go if you already know what’s wrong with you - but you get what you pay for and it feels very much like you are just a number and it’s not super clean or comfortable imo

I normally love this clinic. It's basically the only one my insurance covers as an urgent care. I've been multiple times. Never any issues. I had an appointment for an issue that needed a female nurse today at 3:50. I guess they called and left a voicemail at 9am, which was super vague and I missed it just saying call back I have a question. That's on me. I own that. But I show up and they say we don't have any female nurses on staff. We need to cancel and rebook you. They didn't cancel my appointment. They didn't try calling again when they didn't hear from me. They didn't message or email me. They could have texted before. Anything. They waited until I showed up and was in the office to cancel. Said no I can't self swab, which 9/10 times they have me do anyways. And tell me they literally can't do anything. The system let me book this too. And in the appointment I put the reasoning. Saying I'm pissed I had to come in for them to cancel and waste my time is an understatement. So unprofessional. I'm angry. I'm allowed to be angry. I have these awful symptoms I now have to come in s different day to be seen for. That I have to suffer through. So angry.

Nurse Practitioner Katarina was friendly, professional, and effective in diagnosing my problem and providing a solution. Very pleased with this location and service.

I saw Nurse Practitioner Katarina for a cyst on my gum line. She was professional, friendly, very knowledgeable and took the time to do a thorough examination and explain a program of care. Minutes later, I picked up a prescription at the pharmacy counter and I was on my way. I was pleased with the overall process and impressed when she called to check on my progress the following week. Highly recommend Katarina and CVS and would definitely return again for clinical care.

Even though I gave my insurance information when I made the appointment, they charged my credit card. We called immediately and they promised a refund. Having not received a refund after six weeks and confirming that my insurance paid four weeks ago, I called today to find out what was going on. She easily found that the refund supposed to happen, but I don't think it would have gone through, had I not called. I am now supposed to receive a check in 4 to 6 weeks.

I've come here twice to get strep tests and it's been a pleasant straight forward experience both times.Staff were friendly and respectful, and they do accept Apple Care (at least the United Health plan).Definitely don't be late (there's underground parking you can get validated apparently), and don't expect them to do anything beyond the basics: this is a super corporate clinic that has basically no flexibility. Getting mad at the employees is dumb, they have zero power.

They prescribed me antibiotics for staph before my lab test came back. I spent around $250 on the appointment and prescription. I got a call a week later that said it was in fact staph. Followed by a bill for $400 worth of lab testing. I paid $650 for 30 antibiotic pills essentially. If the doctor had known that was going to happen why wouldn’t they tell me? When you go to an “affordable” clinic you think they’d be more transparent. This place is a scam.

Today I was seen by Ellena: the most rude and disrespectful healthcare provider I’ve ever seen. She was dismissive and I did not get the sense that she cared about my health whatsoever. It was obvious that she didn’t want me there, and it seems she doesn’t want to be there, either. If you ask me, she shouldn’t be there. It’s alarming that someone who acts like this is supposed to be responsible for caring for people who need help with their health. She was incredibly unprofessional, from her language to the fact that she used the flashlight on her phone to check my throat. I’m beyond disappointed and upset.

Whatever you do, DO NOT get seen by MARKITA RENEE WICKS FNP-C. Especially if you are a woman. Truly the most unprofessional, judgmental and disrespectful health care worker I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. I left crying, did not receive treatment or a diagnosis or testing. Wasted an hour and a half of my evening for something I really needed to be treated for. She should never be allowed to treat another patient. I’m so shocked she is employed here.

This was my first experience with Minute Clinic and I‘m thankful for Ellena and her testing. They accepted my United Healthcare Community Plan aka Medicaid. I came in to get tested for strep as one of the possibilities and was in-and-out with a negative test in minutes. 5 stars for price, convenience, quick appointment, quick results.I was (and still am) fighting something nasty: chills, fever, nausea, extreme sore throat, headaches, congestion. Was it covid, flu, cold, or strep? The fever and throat were the worst part. I was testing negative for covid at-home and symptoms for my extreme sore throat weren’t abating after 5 days and I felt desperate making my appointment at 4am. Felt relief I’d be seen in the next 9 hours. If it was strep, I‘d be prescribed antibiotics. It was super easy to sign up, fill out the information, park and get in. I was seen 20 mins after my appt time but I wasn’t in a rush. The strep test only takes 6 mins and is 98% accurate for symptomatic adults—it came out negative. I was instructed to continue testing for covid but reading recent news, there is still the chance current strains are less detectable by at-home tests. While it would have been great to know exactly what I was sick with, how infectious I was, I had peace of mind that it wasn’t strep. Will definitely come back for similar small emergencies & simple tests.

Somehow this place isn't in-network with our PPO insurance, and they sent us a small bill a while after the visit.Their online payment system is broken and I tried it repeatedly and couldn't pay the bill online. So I called the phone number on the bill repeatedly but the office was always closed.Eventually it went to collections, which provided me with a different payment gateway to visit. Guess what - it also had a website error (this time "Missing/invalid email address" - there was no email address field). Tried it repeatedly over a week and a bit to give them time to fix the issue. Never got fixed, same error every time.So I called them repeatedly - their office was often closed too, and eventually someone answered and told me they can't help, but tried to transfer me and couldn't. So they gave me an 877 phone number to dial - called it, kept getting disconnected after 10 seconds. Called back the first number, got a second number to try (the operator still couldn't transfer me - what kind of show are these folks running?). Eventually the second number worked and I provided credit card details. The operator said she couldn't give me a confirmation of payment, so this saga may not be over yet. This place has cost me so much lost time from work over the past 2 months - I've spent way more time trying to pay this small bill than I ever did visiting the office in the first place.

I had an appt at 10:10. I arrived at 10:20.I was late granted. I don’t have a minute clinic near my apt. I had to pay $40 Lyft to get me there and they were running around in circles.I know I was late, but there were five nurses. Not one with a patient. I asked if they could help me, maybe even offer to wait for a no show? They said “sorry” and rolled their swivel so their backs turned to me.I have a fever of 101 and I have to work tmrrw. It’s my only day off. I really didn’t mean to be late. I was crying out of frustration, I even thought about just waiting there to see if someone would cancel. But i didn’t even want to look at them. They were so rude. If you hate your job. JUST QUIT. Don’t take it out on others. Never coming here again. I rather wait 10 hours in an emergency room.

Visited MinutrClinic on Queen Anne location and was terribly disapointed. I have scheduled apt for vitamin B-12 shot as noted available on their site, arrived to my appt but was told by a nurse that they cannot assist me without doctors referral or proof of deficiency test. Ok, This requirement is not noted on their site but thats ok, I had the proof of vitamin b-12 deficiency in my recent blood work test! I've presented a 1 month old lab work to the nurse to what he replied, "yeah I can see that you're deficient but we are strict at this clinic and we have to draw your blood to check". Again, nowhere on their site mentions that requirement! Other locations processed b-12 shots for me with lab work confirming on the deficiency, but this location refused service and turned me down. Poor communication and misalignment with the rest of MinuteClinics.
