Products are amazing, HOWEVER, customer service is non-existent! My package of 10 lip balms was lost in the postal system, so I called. Gal on the phone said once package leaves their facility there's nothing they can do, Sucks to be me!!!!!!!! I had an e-commerce site for years and we always followed up with shippers on our customer's behalf. I will purchase from Patriot Switch in the future!!!!!! It's a shame Moon Valley didn't want to keep a long time loyal customer. Now I know.

I always stop by here when visiting Pike Place. Sean, the manager, is very knowledgeable about the products, how they're made, and skincare. I get their lotion bars (it's the best remedy for dry hands) and I'm excited to try their new haircare products soon! Are you a clean freak and lowkey germophobe like me? No worries, the lotion bars are made with beeswax, which provides antimicrobial properties. I use the rounded edge to massage my neck and arms. Their products are safe and effective for babies and toddlers too! Their foaming hand soap can be a bit drying but it deeply cleans, and I found it perfect as a kitchen soap. A little lotion bar after and you're good to go!

Their blackberry honey is my family's favorite and I love the way their lip balms sooth - I have one in almost every flavor. I've also picked up several lip balms for gifts, it's a great way to give a little bit of the PNW to family and friends. :) Thank you, Moon Valley Organics!!

The soap is absolutely fantastic. I use it instead of shave cream or butter and it works better than anything else I have ever tried. I use the lip balm every night as well!

These other negative reviews don't have anything to do with the products. You might have seen a few Moon Valley Organic products at your grocery store but this stand has everything and more. Sean the store manager was very friendly and informative about the products, formulation, sourcing, and skincare. Even during peak hours when the market was crowded shoulder to shoulder, he was so patient with my friend and I. I was fascinated with their lotion bar and I've been wanting one to use as a body moisturizer + massager. Most lotion bars are either too solid and won't give any moisture but the ones here work beautifully.

Beware, even though (paid, not free) shipping may be estimated at 5 days, your order may take 10+ days to process without any communication. MVO: If you cannot keep up with your online orders placed prior to Dec 1, stop sending marketing emails every other day soliciting new orders. I try to avoid Amazon when possible but I'll reconsider next time or probably not try again. Super disappointed. The review from Elissa M in MD on 10/30/21 should not be hidden.

The guy running the stand was great, told me about the lotion samples on the counter and said they were for the "body or face". I sampled some and put it on a dry spot on my face. 1 day later my face is 5 times drier than before. Lotion smells good but does not hydrate the skin well.
