I have been training off and on under Morgan for about 5 years now. She is an incredibly supportive and engaging teacher that really cares on a personal level about all of her students. She accepts everyone and strives to provide a personalized experience to her students.Whether you're on the mat in person or viewing her extensive library of YouTube trainings, you're gonna leave it all on the mat during her classes. She knows how to keep your heart rate up and really encourages you to take advantage of the strength building opportunities that a powerful yoga session can offer.I can absolutely reccomend Morgan as a teacher, a coach and a friend.

Morgan is an amazing fitness instructor, but also an incredible leader and mentor in life. She inspires me to work harder while paying close attention to alignment to ensure you get a fantastic work out with no injuries. Definitely go on any retreats you can with Morgan! Take any classes you possibly can. Your body and mind will thank you. She is a gift to the planet!!

Morgan is a great instructor! Her classes are always fun, energetic and well planned. She is very knowledgeable and her classes are challenging but attainable for all skill levels since she offers lots of options.

Morgan’s yoga classes are an absolute must in my weekly wellness routine. They are upbeat and challenging and she really brings the energy through her charisma and the music she plays. You sweat, flow in a dancy way - she is so creative in curating fun sequences that help you stay focused/present. I leave feeling strong, energized, calm/centered, sweaty and de-stressed. Even when I’m exhausted, her classes hit the spot in energizing me. When I’m already high energy, then I feel like a badass cause she can challenge you in the best way. She’s such a bright light and has positive energy in general and definitely feel it in her classes. If you work w her 1:1 she will meet you where you are at and is so thoughtful and skilled in supporting you.
