I will always bring my car here. They are fair and affordable. They are amazing and the quality of work is outstanding. I've taken my car to other shops and I feel like they are always trying to up sell me. But not Mose Auto. They are honest, quick and very professional and friendly. Best shop!

As a single female, I felt well taken care of by Mose and her Team. Ulysses was kind and transparent when assisting me with an HID headlight replacement for a 2013 Ford Escape Titanium. I recently moved from ID to WA and didn't have an established auto shop yet, but Mose Auto provided an excellent first-time customer experience. Would use again!

After years of phenomenal service, they have entirely lost my business. I had my car in to check out a power drain in 2023 and after few days, they called to say they weren't actually going to diagnose and fix it, they were just going to sell me a battery under warranty "but not to worry, if it turns out to be a power draw, we'll replace your battery and then diagnose and fix it." Fast forward a year, I called them with a dead battery. Nearly impossible to get my calls returned for two weeks. Then, they'd be only too happy to tow my car at my expense to test the electrical system, which, if at fault, would void my battery warranty. Asked to speak to the owner and no calls back for two weeks. Finally gave up. Unbelievable. Very disappointed after years of being a loyal customer.

Finding a new mechanic is always stressful, especially when you are in a demographic that is often targeted for scams or inflated prices and services. There is nothing like the feeling of confidence I have in Mose Auto. They checked out my car from bumper to bumper and gave me an honest evaluation of the work needed and how urgent each item might be. They gave me all the information to make informed choices. The service rep was knowledgeable, respectful, professional, and a really nice person. The assessment matched what I expected as far as work needing done and the prices were VERY competitive. Mose Auto has my business for life!
