Communication within staff members suck.One says one thing n eventually turns out it's not true.We were promised microwave delivered n it's been 2 weeks.I just talked to front desk n her response was "we have no available microwave"

Finally I rested in a motel 6 that has large and spacious bathrooms, because the others that I have had as soon as you enter, reduced and uncomfortable, The Gringo that assisted me was ATM, who also lived in the Los Angeles Ca area, but in Downey ?

Motel 6 can always be loud and drama with fighting but the young lady at the front desk name Maria was amazing she helped my girl and me the best she can and was apologetic. All I know is for her service I’ll be back to this motel 6 literally the bad cons at this point does not matter. I hope a manager see how valuable this employee is because the other girls are not so nice calm and collective. I also loved the fact Maria made us feel welcomed and conversation a little. I’ve been here twice and the other staff was not very polite but today I can say Maria attitude made my lady and I very happy guest.Noteworthy details: Keep it up Maria you got this

Under remodeling during my stay, but nice clean room I had, only thing to complain about. Would be large gaps in the front door, no iron, or ironing board, , no coffee maker. Or any electric appliances. Besides a TV. But comfortable place to spend the night.

The customer service is terrible here...well from one individual...he said that he is the G.M. but from his unprofessional attitude and lacking of customer service skills I have reasons to doubt that he was the G.M....very rude ...and very unprofessional. If he is the G.M. I feel bad for there business at this Motel 6. He definitely needs a course in customer service.

Fist of all my fiance and I we are strict when it comes to renting out at any motel 6 with our son and our German shepherd. We are firm and this south Seattle location near burien WA I'll never recommend anyone to rent here. Not after me and my fiance bad experience today... How you going to have a coworker dark skinned man with dreads, yellow teeth thinking he is cute working at the front desk. At every motel 6 location they are all familiar with me and my fiance routine. We have reserved our room 1/6/24 close to 3pm the dark skinned man with his fake dreads, with yellow teeth looks scandalous has no great customer service skills. 1st of all who are you to ask a regular customer "and if u caught someone breaking into ur car what u going to do??" What kind of question would an employee ask regular customers that!!?? I hope your manager and the owner sees my review because boy u need to be fired from your position like real shiit... We work with the state of Washington so please don't ever ask a dumm question like that... And the fact we just caught the person who done fraud on our bank took hella funds out of our account so I hope with how hard u stared at me and my fiance bank card boy u don't think of doing something stupid within our bank information... We had a bad feeling about you and got a refund and went to a different location... I PRAY ?? BOY U GET FIRED UR NO GOOD FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE... IDK WHO THE HELL WILL HIRE U WITH AN ATTITUDE LIKE THAT... This location deserves a -⭐ rating not even worth a 1 ⭐ rating... Whoever trained you, you made that management/coworker look bad... Telling me and my fiance they ain't no other rooms available and we had no other options... Well guess what we have an option to take our hard working funds to another location that has way better customer service skills.... Then to be at this South Seattle ghetto looking location... Place looks like garbage honestly and filled with nothing but drug addicts...

Upon check-in the room had a weird smell, bed cover and toilet seat with cigarette burns on both. I requested housekeeping service 4 days straight and no one ever showed up. My hat goes off to the Front Desk staff that went above and beyond to make us comfortable. They are the only reason this property received 5 stars from us. To the Front Desk Manager and Agents, YOU ALL ARE ROCKSTARS AND THANK YOU!

So…everyone who works here has great customer service. The manager, Daniel is very helpful. The problem is the worker named Sara. I feel like she is prejudiced against people of color and it borders on racism. She has hassled me and given me issues since I’ve been here for my stay. She has seen me around and has even interacted with me multiple times. I even locked my belongings in my room and she had me show my social security card which I had a picture of, in my phone, to get in. That’s after I verbally provided and verified with her with all of my information that was in the hotels system. Caucasian male enters and says he forgot his key, she asks the room number and gives him one with no questions asked. This has made me feel very uncomfortable, but the room was prepaid for a week, so I’m stuck. Like I said, Daniel has been very helpful and accommodating and even apologized, but Sara seems to not care about being reprimanded for her behavior. And she does these things with a smile on her face and plays the “calm down game” while she degrades you. Avoid this establishment at all costs.Noteworthy details: Sara does not treat people of color with dignity or respect.

The gentleman that checked us in was super polite and nice! It made the experience really nice. The lady when we were checking out was also very nice. The rooms were clean and tidy, the only thing I didn't love was that the walls are pretty thin and you can hear a lot as well as there being construction on the other side of the motel that we could hear. I also picked the basic room not knowing there wasn't a mini fridge or microwave but that's alright because we were only there for the night. Other than that, it was a great stay overall! I slept like a baby and it was awesome having that 24/7 espresso bar and gas station in the same lot. The location of the lot itself isn't super glamorous but it was still really great.

It's okay. The room was an okay room for Hotel 6 . Nothing to offensive, but nothing to knock your socks off. Don't expect to get a bunch of great conveniences like a nicer place. It was definitely the cheapest option I could find and close to the airport at that. The freeways close, so be prepared for that. Though I didn't find the sound that bad when in the room. It's fine for a night or two.
