Awesome detail job by Ralph, at the Mr. Detail downtown location! My car went from super dirty to totally gorgeous and felt like it was back to brand new clean. Really great service! Not only did they accommodate me with flexibility to complete my detail in a tight timeframe, the detail work was incredibly thorough. I don’t think my car has ever been cleaner - wonderful!

I have been coming to Mr. Detail for years and always have a good experience. I typically do a heavy interior/exterior detail and a light detail each year and my car always come home looking fantastic. The price feels a little high to me, but I have not shopped around and they might be in line with the competition. And as they say, "you get what you pay for" and Mr. Detail is worth every dime because they put in a lot of effort to keep your car looking great.

I went to Mr Detail Auto Salon in Downtown Seattle in May for an "Interior Heavy Cleaning". My experience was extremely poor. Dropped the car off early morning, came back at the end of the afternoon and the car hadn't been worked on. They started cleaning it a few minutes before they closed for the day, and didn't spend adequate time cleaning it.After inspecting the car, I asked the washer if he could clean up a bit more and he did a bit more work on it but it was clear that he was exhausted after a long day's work and just wanted to go home as well. Overall, it was quite a rip off for the amount they charged. All this could have been avoided had the administration maintained quality control and not taken up too many cars if they couldn't give adequate time and effort to cleaning each car.I wanted to be a regular customer here, and the communication prior to drop off was decent, but the cleaning itself was lacking and disappointing. I'd encourage them to work on their quality control.Service: Auto detailing

Very poor detail for $400. Car had a number of places that weren’t touched. Was told the car was going to be ready at 3:00pm. Showed up and had to wait until 5pm for car to be finished. Friendly team, but clearly started my car late in the day and scrambled to finish it.

The photos shown are probably from many years ago. They are misleading and unfair to potential customers. This is the reason why I am writing this review. It's actually a tiny location in a garage. Not very equipped to do a stellar job. I asked for inside detailing. Quite a few things missed in hard to reach spots like seat railings and dashboard. I was promptly told I could take the car back for another round of cleaning. Sone stars for this. In the end It's better. But I can't say I am impressed.

Absolutely blown away how new my car looks now after a year of multi-day road-trips, ski trips, hiking trips, and 100lb golden retriever dog hair chaos! Personal interaction: Drop off and pickup were super easy and quick. I really enjoyed that I could easily talk to Chad via text/iMessage. He was incredibly nice, responsive, and accommodating. Location: Tons of information is given on the website about how to find the location. It's at the street level of the parking garage BEFORE you actually enter the paid area. The shop has 3 dedicated parking spots on the side so you have plenty of space to park your vehicle.Story time: When I mentioned I couldn't keep my car there overnight, rather than rush the detailing he decided to scope down my package to meet the time constraints. Later on in the day when I found out it would be possible to leave it overnight after all, he was flexible in upgrading the package again. Incredible attention to detail and fantastic service.
