I went into the store and was immediately being watched thoroughly by employees. They kept asking if we needed anything more than once and pestered us till we left.Im not sure if it was profiling or not but it was really unnecessary and rude. Nobody is going to steal your bags of catnip and an 18$ “biodegradable” cardboard litterboxes. Very immature. The only thing we took was from the free cat snacks from the bin labeled “free” that we wanted to try out for the cats. But after that I doubt we’ll be coming back.

Staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They also have products you can’t get at many other pet supply stores such as compostable poo bags and biozyme pet stain and odor cleaner.
