Fault advertising on price and when I said something about to the employee the individual blow it off nor did not want to give the product at the advertised price. See photo attached. The product came up 81 something before taxed. I was in yesterday the another employee acknowledged the priced because I was comparing prices.

Staff have been very helpful and knowledgeable on both my visits. Really like the caring they show and the prices are nicer than most places I've been.

They used to be friendly and give out 3 free treat and kibble samples without hesitation with a purchase. They no longer give treat samples to take home and they were argumentative when I wanted to try some kibble samples. It’s time for me to buy online, save money and get less attitude.

Popped in during an emergency, where my dog and I were many hours from home with a family member in Urgent Care. Found dogs normal food on the shelf and the representative assisting made us feel cared for during an uneasy situation.

The staff was welcoming and very knowledgeable about what I had come in for. ( Dog food ) picky eater. I left with more knowledge than I had when I came in, and was very happy with my experience there. 4 plus stars for me, only bc they didn't have anything that we came in for, however the plus is for the fact that they had plenty of samples for my puppers...

So grateful for this awesome store! Very clean, organized, good prices, and most of all fabulous staff. Special shout out to Abbie and her wealth of knowledge. On more than one occasion she's gone above and beyond to help me out and guide me towards the products I need. Definitely deserving of a raise! 5 stars!
