AMAZING selection on cat toys and treats!! My kitty loves it here and I have gotten his favorite toys from here. You will find toys and treats here that are healthy for your cat (unlike other places). Also the toys here typically have really good quality. It can be a bit more on the pricy side, but there are great lower price option’s available.

Really nice and friendly employees! Love the selection, I have guinea pigs and they have the best quality hay I've found - it doesn't get as dry as quick as the ones sold at Petco. They also have lots of guinea pig treats and they are cheaper than online! Will absolutely be back!

The staff were very helpful! I went in looking for a specific size Scratch n Sniff cat tree and while they didn’t have it they looked it up to see what other pet stores would. This helped me find what i was looking for within minutes of leaving! Thank you!

Sales staff is very professional and helpful. I'm teaching my dogs to ring a bell to go outside. It's really working. Max helped me out with the perfect bells to hang on my door knob. Go here if you need dog training supplies!

I have a 2-year old golden with a sensitive stomach. I’ve found one brand of food that abides with his internal tract. After stopping by three separate Mud Bay locations, all of them were out of his specific food, including this location. Instead of deferring me to the next day when this brand was due for a new delivery, the Mud Bay employee Marcus, was outgoing and empathetic enough to give us a half bag of food—free of charge. Some might deem Mud Bay as “overpriced” or “over inflated” store synonymous with Whole Foods, but I’ll caveat with this—I have never met such dedicated and considerate human beings as the folks at this Mud Bay location. Thanks y’all for being fiercely passionate about what you do.- Your supporter for life

We have an elderly cat who is very picky so I’m in here 2 to 3 times a week picking out different foods that he may like. Every time every one of the employees is incredibly friendly and welcoming and I always feel at home shopping here. They definitely make the local shopping experience what it should be. I am happy to give them my business. You can record everything you purchase through their system online and returns are simple and easy. They also graciously let you try out food that you haven’t tried before free of cost. I am overwhelmingly supportive of this local business and plan to continue going there regularly as long as I’m a pet owner and encourage you to do the same.

This is the most incredible Mud Bay I have ever been to! The staff are so incredibly knowledgeable about everything they sell. You can tell they have taken the time to really learn about the products and are therefore able to help assist with all kinds of solutions for dogs, cats, and even chickens and small animals like hamsters!In addition to being extremely knowledgeable, the staff here are SO friendly, warm, and welcoming. They greeted me the moment I walked in the door (and greet all their customers as they enter!) and seek out folks to see if they have any questions or need any help. They help carry things to your car if needed, too! They are kind and understanding - when my kitten was extremely sick they held space for me and empathized with me while I cried even.Logistically, they offer 3 free cans of wet food so I can try things with my picky cats. They offer samples of treats (which makes the experience just that much more amazing!) and food. They have the best return policy if something doesn't work I can always return it and try to find a better solution. They donate returns they can't sell to food banks and shelters so it gives me peace of mind if I have to do a return they can't resell. They'll give you a hand written card on your first visit with a coupon for next time, which is great. They also have congrats bags when I adopted a new kitten that has helpful info about pet adoption and another coupon! Oh! And they told me they price match any brick and mortar store because they believe in everyday low prices!Every Mud Bay is nice, but this location is truly special because the staff and manger are awesome. I will be a lifelong customer at this store unless I move! Thank you all for caring so much about customers and making this such a great shopping experience for all.I will be back! :)

My son tipped over an entire display of dog toys. ??♀️ The staff was so sweet in making sure he was okay and didn’t make us feel bad in the slightest. They even have my boys a lollipop and some stickers on our way out. This is why I love Mudbay and will always return for my pups needs. Thank you to all the employees who were so gracious to us today!

Came in to buy a shock collar for my dog who was digging holes and was instead explained that they didn’t carry them. Instead I left with a puzzle which has satisfied my boy to no end. 5 stars

Mud Bay is the place to go if you need anything pet related. Not only they have very fairly priced items but what is best, the team is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They helped us get everything ready for our new puppy and their return policy is amazing. It is a clear example of a customer obsessed business. All the family enjoy going to this store. It's big, clean, has a wide range of high-quality products, the team gives you recommendations and don't try to push you to buy something or over sell unnecessary or more expensive items. I really love it and am super happy to have this store in the neighborhood!
