As a lifelong nail biter, I never thought my nails could look this good! The manicure was flawless, natural, and exceeded every expectation.
The customer service was warm, patient, and truly top-notch. Easily the best nail experience I’ve ever had—highly recommend!

This is hands down the best nail salon I’ve been to. I’m not a person who writes reviews, but I have to highlight Mary. She is incredible and the quality of her work is unmatched. I can bring her photos of designs I find online and she make my nails look even better than the photo. Plus, she’s just lovely to be around.
Not to mention, my nails have never been healthier or looked better! My manicures last for 3 weeks without any chipping, which has never been the case when I’ve gone to any other salon (builder gel is what I get)! Couldn’t recommend this salon enough, and definitely book your next appointment with Mary!

They are all incredibly talented. Cindy did a phenomenal job on my gel French tips. I’ve received so many compliments. Very precise and all so sweet.

Customer service here is decent. My first nail tech didn't inform me I accidentally picked a regular polish instead of a gel polish. Thank goodness my second nail tech fixed the issue. Overall, I'd still come back here and I'd recommend this place for pedicures.

I was referred to Mary by a friend for her hot gel and design skills and I am so impressed. Today was the best, she did a topical design for a trip and it was so gorgeous!

I left feeling very taken advantage of. They didn’t communicate to me that the color I wanted in dip wasn’t available but they had it in gel. I said okay and went on with my appointment. I went to check out and they charged me $75!!!! I was expecting to only pay $40 because I thought I was getting a basic gel manicure not some fancy gel. I feel so upset that I had to pay so much money. I have been a customer for years and I think I will have to find somewhere else. I’m so upset.

This place is awesome. If u haven't been here u need to come and try it out, if u don't ur missing out. Be there or be square ! Soon as u walk in the door u just feel comfortable. Everyone staff and clients included are so friendly a pleasure to be there.

This place is wonderful the atmospheres grade the people that work here is wonderful Sam the owner is fabulous and the girl that did my feet is wonderful if you're ever in West Seattle come and check them out or just make a special trip here because they are great

Happy with the manicure although I didn't ask for anything particularly difficult. Manicure did start 1/2 hour after my booked time which was slightly annoying.
