No Emerald club different line pickup so you need to stand in line on the corner of the street. On the weekend morning it is like 15 people deep out into the street. We waited 35 min to get the car. Staff is very friendly and helpful though

Lost item claim has never been followed up on. Calls to customer service yield helpful service folks who are more than willing to send management a message to call me as soon as possible, but no follow up has been made on management's part. The location doesn't have a direct phone number listed, so not even customer service can reach out to try and find a resolution.

NO EMERALD OR EXECUTIVE!!! If you’re loyal to National don’t expect special treatment here. Everyone stands in the same line and gets same treatment. I’ve been Executive level for nearly 3 years and haven’t seen this terrible of service in the 30 different states I’ve traveled to. I will NEVER USE this location again and will make sure to complain on every level. They don’t control the line and then spend 5 minutes upselling. Having an emerald line for people that are ready to go would make the process faster for everyone. Look at the SAFETY ISSUE of people standing out almost into the street. Can’t imagine that would go well if someone got hit by a car.

I had the opposite experience of the person that reviewed prior to me. There was a line but it moved swiftly. The attendants were personable and fun. They were informative and efficient - by far one of the better car rental experiences and we rent a lot of cars.

Absolutely disgusting, confusing, no directions at all. Area feels very unsafe lit of people sleeping on the ground outside asking for money and cigarettes. I canceled as soon as I walked in the building. Please don't book here

They seem to struggle when it there’s a line, taking about 10 minutes to process each customer. Two people working the desk and one manager behind mirrored glass on his computer. I’m sure it is great at off times or if you’re not in a rush. This is not a standard rental location where you can quickly grab a car and go.

Very small location downtown and in a parking garage upper floor. Used as a drop-off and then a long walk to the pier for a cruise. Location a little hard to find the entrance for as it's part of a public parking garage. Friendly staff, but elevators were having issues. The walk to Pier 66 is almost a mile.

We always have a great experience with National and picking up in Downtown Seattle was no exception. Ryan provided efficient and friendly service, in and out in under 10min. While this compact location doesn’t have Emerald Aisle, I was offered a choice between three different vehicles in the range of the intermediate class I booked. Highly recommend!

We booked straight through the National website and everything went smoothly. The car was in great condition. We had a seamless pick-up and drop-off. Both took 15 minutes tops. No mishaps or extra charges upon returning the car (aside from the toll fees). Our staff member was very friendly as well. I would highly recommend if you need to rent in the Seattle area.

I would give zero stars if it was possible. Rental location closed on us before the time for our pickup. We were left with no car and a homeless person died of a fentanyl overdose next to us as we were stranded on the street

Best car rental company I’ve ever been to. Consistently provides excellent cars and customer service.The on site team at this branch is great and I’ve always had a great experience with them. I will continue to go to national and especially this branch if I need to rent a car.
