I would give zero stars if it was possible. Rental location closed on us before the time for our pickup. We were left with no car and a homeless person died of a fentanyl overdose next to us as we were stranded on the street

Best car rental company I’ve ever been to. Consistently provides excellent cars and customer service.The on site team at this branch is great and I’ve always had a great experience with them. I will continue to go to national and especially this branch if I need to rent a car.

Had a great experience at this National location. The check-in process was smooth and the staff member also had a great recommendation of things to do in Vancouver. The car selection was a bit smaller than airport locations, but we did get an upgrade to an Audi A3. The car was clean and in good condition. Lastly, the after hours drop off was super easy.

This is definitely my first good review of a car rental location in my life. I had multiple, non-planned contacts with the staff here and all of them were super friendly, welcoming and helpful. I am not sure why most of my hundreds of contacts with rental agencies have been sub par but the folks here, especially Lucas, made me believe that it doesn't have to be that way.

They don’t have a phone number to call, which makes them less than a branch. If you are so anti-social, customer service industry is not a good career path for you!

Lots and lots of different selection of makes and models to choose from. Also excellent customer service if you ever have any issues with their cars!!!

Great dwtn location, much easier for transportation to cruise ships. Drop off a car here and also picked up a new one a week later and got a great car.

Avoid this place. They give you a dirty, smelly 53.000 miles van. If you ask for a newer one, they tell you to wait 2 hrs till its washed and ready and it shows to have 51.000 miles. Just avoid them. Not my first experience with National / Enterprise. Will just not use them anymore.

Im a loyalty National Rental client here, but I am very disappointed about our recent experience from the customer service. I received 2 emails from National stated I had a Seattle Parking violation from last month. First one stated $25, second email.with the same exact violation in $75. I made a call to National customer servie, the agent told me my total cost of the violation is $100, and he asked me to authority for further detail. I made a call to the authority but it requires a 4 digit pin code. Therefore, I called National Rental hot line again.. this agent told me my violation is only $75 , the first $25 charge will be refunded. She said she will send me of the copy of the Violation Tickets, after 3 emails, it wasn't the ticket but just a National car rental invoice. The agent told me she couldn't attach the files to the email..so she asks me to call the authority, I told her I already tried to contact them, but it requires 4 digit pin, I don't want to hang up and call bak again. She advices me to call another authority to achieve the information. These 2 calls took me 1 hr, however there is no outcome at all. Both agents couldn't confirm the violation cost, and they are not sure how to give me a copy of the ticket. I feel like a further training is needed to provide a more efficient solution and communication. Anyway, I think I will ignore using National in the future. ( this review is for the customer service hot line, not intended to the actual Seattle location

On Dec 24 all flights got canceled and I had to drop the car off at another location. At the time off of drop off I explain and was told they will be no additional charge just to find out a week later $450 charge. I called but I’m yet to receive a call from Seattle manager. Shame on you National/enterprise for taking advantage of adverse weather conditions to make a dollar!!!!!

Great customer service from their office employee Andrew. Cars in Seattle are non-existent and he helped ensure I got a great car for my trip. The airport National was completely sold out! Wow. 5/5

Had a really great experience here, I’m surprised at some of the poor reviews.I was given a really great, low mileage car for my rental period. The team were polite, and very helpful at answering my questions given it was my first time driving in the US.Beyond the hiring experience, I forgot I left my inexpensive sunglasses in the car, which was very stressful. However Annie in particular was incredibly helpful the next day in helping me get them back, going the extra mile, and I am incredibly grateful. Thanks for a great customer service!

We had a great experience at the downtown Seattle location in July! The staff was very professional and helpful. We have an upcoming trip planned and made our booking at this location again as it is small and easy.

I book full size cars with National with EE status so I get a mid-size price. Downstairs Enterprise employees only offer me mid-sizes at check in but otherwise are nice and fast.Upstairs National employees are much more helpful and actually give me a full size like I booked
