I'd been having car problems for about a year but had been told by another mechanic that they were unable to identify the problem. My car would die almost every day, jerk while driving, and finally started to struggle to go up hills and drive generally. The folks at Nix's had it running like new the same day I brought it in. They took the time to explain to me what was wrong in a way I could understand (I have absolutely zero knowledge about cars) and I feel so much safer driving now. They explained my options and how much each would cost, and didn't take advantage of my lack of knowledge to get more money out of me. Cannot recommend this place enough!!!

Very happy with our experience at Nix Auto Care! From the first phone call for a quote to leaving with a new timing belt, we could not be happier with the level of service from the team at Nix Auto Care. We were given an incredibly reasonable bid for the work needed on our vehicle and scheduling was easy over the phone. They worked efficiently to get us our vehicle back without much delay and the price at the end matched what we were expecting. Nix has a very transparent team that knows their business and communicates clearly. We are very happy with the service provided by Nix and will be using them as our regular shop moving forward. My car was overheating after replacing the thermostat, I have a warranty and this is where I had to take it. I received an update the same day it was the head gaskets. My car also had this annoying whine. My car was ready a week ahead of schedule. It runs like new, the whine is gone. It idles better. I can't say enough about Nix Auto. Gave me a complete run down.

It's hard to find a mechanic you can trust, but Nix Auto Care is the rare exception. I had them put a rebuilt motor in my Land Cruiser a year ago and have been a loyal customer ever since. They have repeatedly provided excellent work at a fair price. I appreciate their honesty on what work needed to be done and also what work was less critical. They have a great team at Nix Auto Care and I highly recommend them.Services: Auto battery replacement

Nix Auto Care has never failed me! Never! I have going there for a couple of years now, and each visit has been outstanding. Quick, efficient, and quality work. Excellent customer service. For over 30 years I was taking my cars to Gus Cooper Shell in Fremont. Also exceptional, however, they sold their business, and I was without a place to bring my car. Dino Cooper recommended Nix and I never missed a beat. I have complete confidence that if anything goes wrong with my car, Nix can fix it!

Big thank you to the guys that work there.I brought my first car and within a month, that bad boy was barely making it. Finally one day the rear left wheel locked and I almost spun out going about 50. It was a pretty scary experienceI took it to 2 other mechanics and boy you would have thought I offended them trying to get them to fix it.Then I came here and immediately I felt like they at least cared about doing a good job, and I was right.The car took some time to fixed and they communicated through the whole way.
