Had a wonderful classic pedicure and shellac manicure today. Kim and Jackie did a lovely job and took their time and were thorough despite me coming in at 6pm, when they close at 7pm. I appreciate their attention to detail and care they gave.

My go-to mail salon every two weeks! Nail tech Tina is the best! We've (daughter and I) have been going to NK for about two years now and we can't and won't go to anyone else. They have s huge list of service from waxing to chrome nails! Come check it out!

Maybe they do better pedicures than manicures but when I came here years ago they made each nail a different shape :/ haven’t been back since. It wasn’t too pricey at the time but I wasn’t satisfied with the service.

Ms. Le did an amazing job on my nails! She shaped it exactly how I wanted it and the design came out better than the inspo.
I got my nails and toes done by Le.
While I was there, everyone was so professional and they were able to take many clients at the same time. This place is kid friendly and seems like they’re able to take big groups.

Got the Deluxe Pedicure and the lady did not do a good job on my nails. As you can see she did not fully coat the nail and it was all messy, not smooth and clean.

Ripped me off. Went in for a basic manicure, no polish. They charged me $30 and all their rates online are $15. Not a great job either.

Service was bad everyone had attitudes. 40$ for pedicure that was literally 20 mins id never go here again.

I had high hopes for this nail polish, but unfortunately it didn’t live up to expectations. The glitter was uneven and clumpy, and the finish looked rough and patchy — not the smooth, elegant look I was going for. Even after drying, the texture felt gritty and cheap. Paid $50 for nonsense!
What made the experience more uncomfortable was the atmosphere in the salon. The ladies working there were speaking in a foreign language throughout my visit, and it felt like they were intentionally keeping their conversation private. It gave the impression that they didn’t want me to understand what was being said, which made me feel excluded and disrespected.
Overall, I left disappointed — both with the product and the experience. I won’t be returning.

I wish I could give zero stars for this review: I just left from receiving by far the most lousy powder dip fill that I have ever had. For one, the ladat doing my nails had a TERRIBLE attitude and was very aggressive while grabbing my hands during my service, repeatedly asking me to “relax”. There was no way possible that I could relax with her horrible energy in my presence. She watched a movie on her phone throughout my entire service, yet rolled her eyes every time my phone received a notification. Her demeanor was just terrible and I’m not sure if it was me personally or her just having a bad day, either way that is not how you treat a PAYING CUSTOMER who made the choice to come to your establishment. To add assault to the horrible service I received, let me not forget to mention that I did not receive any cuticle oil on my hands or lotion at the end of my service. Who really does that!!?? Never again, by far the worst experience I have ever had. By the way I am not sure of the techs name but I do know she was the only person in there without an apron or uniform top on. She was in regular clothes and sits at station number 8… she should be avoided at all costs. Do not waste your time or energy at this place! No customer service whatsoever!

I had been searching for a nail salon near me for sometime. I was thrilled to come across NK nails given its size, walk-in availability (no appointment needed), location and prices. One other perk is the fact that I didn’t feel as if I was being stared at for being the only male taking care of my claws and paws. After all, I’m on my feet a lot for work so this pampering is necessary.
I was assigned Tiffany, who was very nice and offered me an alcoholic drink upon getting settled in my seat. I went with a glass of red wine to help me relax and be less ticklish while I soaked my feet in toasty warm water and enjoyed the automated massage chair. I had no idea my pedicure had included a clay mask, paraffin wax, and a lotion massage all for $50. I was in heaven! I am surprised that the reviews are this low since I had such a great experience. I left with silky smooth feet and legs free of calluses or dry spots. Men, be sure to check it out for yourself.

I just got my nails done and I feel so bad for my nails! The lady who is sitting on number 5, she is unprofessional!!!!! And I changed my artist, she was sitting on number 10. She was a bit better but…. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I don’t recommend this salon to anyone.

Love this salon. I always call to make an appt but this place is so fully staffed they will a confidante walk ins! Great service, and have never had a bad experience here !
