Astoundingly kind, do great work, and look out for their customers. They have even sent me to a tailor nearby who they felt could provide a better specialised service at the cost of their own business. They have your best interest in mind.

This is the best dry cleaner in town! They are so friendly and do an amazing job cleaning with care on even the toughest jobs! They even fix loose hems and stitching to make sure you’re garments are fresh. Always very impressed when I pick up my items.

I had some luck here for VERY simple jobs like hemming a pair of jeans. Then I brought in an expensive jacket and they butchered the sleeves. My wife brought in an expensive shirt for dry cleaning and they laundered it (ruined it) and then tried to blame Nordstrom's, then the manufacturer, then my wife, etc. So I decided not to go anymore. Out of desperation I needed a suit and a blazer dry cleaned and I decided to give them one more try. I was quoted $25 for the two. I double-checked and asked if that was the total and they said "yes". When my wife went to pick them up, they charged her $50! I would avoid this place unless you are fond of playing roulette with your clothing.

I dropped off a dress for hemming, and was told to come back for it in 10 days. I did, and it hadn't been touched yet. I have her the benefit of the doubt, because she'd done a good job on a previous piece, and waited another 10 days. It was still not done.She doesn't get things done in a timely manner and isn't apologize. Additionally, she charged me full-price after this for two pieces I'd dropped off to have dry-cleaned. Terrible business practices! Don't go here!

1. Not honest. Too much detail to go into. Just watch the quotes and be careful. 2. Just had a designer red satin dress cleaned and now there is damage to the satin in multiple places in the chest area! Owner only offered to reimburse me $16 which is the cost of the cleaning. Not recommended for clothes that you value.

The people who work here are very nice, however they ruined two of my favorite shirts. Serious stains appeared all over my two designer shirts. I will never go back.
