Very friendly and helpful staff. I brought in pants that I got from Bloomingdales and they needed to be hemmed and met with Valentina Berezhnaya. She was very nice, professional, quick and did an incredible job. Super happy .

Worst personal shopping experience at a nordstrom location. Zero personalized service, sizing was all over the place. Would not recommend. The photo is the clothes they chose for my birthday party (I was in my twenties)

lady working at coach bag area on Friday at around 4:40pm had a horrible attitude and should not be working there 😍 followed me through every section as if i was some kind of criminal💀, and i felt extremely uncomfortable and like I didn’t belong there
As for the fragrance associates 100/100 always so kind and helpful deserve a raise if anything
