The first salesman Ed was very straight forward with me and showed me everything I wanted to see about the car. Next guy whose name is Andy kept trying to corner me into buying the car when I only saw the car for 20 minutes. I told him this is a big purchase and I’d like until the end of the week to think about it. You’d think the conversation would end there but he just keeps repeating the same lines trying to get me to purchase the car and when I finally say I don't want the car right now, he gets up and walks away. Here’s a sales tip. If you want a customer to purchase a car from you, listen to the customer. I never said I didn’t want the car. I just said I wanted some time to think before dropping 35k cash on a vehicle. If this is how you treat all of your customers good luck man. Huge shoutout to Ed though, he’s a great guy.

Been looking for a specific car and these guys got their hands on it. They have alot of nice cars (mustangs,mercedes, toyotas. Sedans, suv's) all looking pretty nice. The car i bought ended up needing a tire and they got me a new one to get home on then reached out and got me a new snow tire. Florencio is a solid dude he made sure my experience was good even though I never met him and ed was great to work with. If I find myself needing another car and they have what im looking for im definately picking these guys.

Called back right away after i called to inquire about the vehicle. Had the car outside waiting to test drive when we arrived. Car was clean, they were patient and helpful!
They were really accommodating when we gave them our budget!
They even helped us get into our car that i locked our keys in on arrival!!

Call the place to ask them if I can do a credit application online the person who answers the phone, he says. No, you have to come in person. And I said, ask your manager, he said he'll say the same thing. I mean, you can do that before anyone comes in. You can see if they get approved, so they don't waste your time and waste your time. You know, makes it easy for both of us. Customer service is garbage. If you don't like your job, don't be AA sales person. Go work at McDonald's or something.

I used to be-a customer of Empire Auto Sale. in Renton In April, I went with my friend to trate in a car I had previously bought from Florencio the owner. when I arrived, I told him I wanted to exchange the car and chose 2016 GMC.Everything seemed fine; the banck had approved me with $2,000down. But something wasnt right,Mr Florencio called me and said the banck had called back asking for more money. I told him I didnt have any more Then he told me to leave him two gold chains that I was wearing. I agreed,saying that as soon as I got the money I would come back for my jewelry-we never agree about how long ,tht ws something very valuable to me a gift from my mother before she passed away ,we never signed anything because as I mentioned ,I had already done business with him before,Today I went with 1,500 to get my jewelry back ,and he told me he didn;t have it I told him he was a big liar and that what he's doing is illegal, At first he said the banck had called, but the banck never did.To anyone buying a car from this man;check with the banck first to confirm the amount you were approved for, because he lies about the numbers.If the bank approved you for $3,000 he tells you it was $5,000-keepping the extra $2,000 for himself. Florecion is a big scammer and runs a illegal business practices
