I had a great experience at this Mini Cooper specialty shop! The prices were very reasonable, and Jason’s customer service was excellent—friendly, knowledgeable, and really went the extra mile. After my purchase, I noticed the tires needed balancing. I called, and they got me in the very next day to take care of it, no hassle at all. It's clear they stand behind their work and care about their customers. Highly recommend if you're looking for a used Mini and great service to go with it!

Was lucky enough to deal with the owner, Jason, directly and couldn't have had a better experience. The antithesis of a car salesman. Very straight forward, transparent, VIN and Carfax upfront. We did have to come back the next day to replace a break light which they did quickly at no charge. Overall great deal good experience would recommend.

Jason and his team were amazing to Patricia and myself on our three or so visits to his dealership and subsequent purchase of a Mini Cooper. We never felt any pressure to buy during our visits, so we organically took our time and test drove cars until we found the right vehicle for our needs.
Our vehicle is an Absolute Black 2015 Four Door is perfect for our needs and will be a good second car for short trips in the city.

Jason and his team have been focused for years serving the MINI community and new to MINI owners and has filled a hole in the Seattle area for all of us who love these little cars first in Gen 1 and Gen 2 and now in Gen 3 and beyond. They don't just sell used MINI they offer and opportunity buy a car from someone who knows MINI inside and out. I have bought a total of 9 MINI, 5 from NORTHWEST EURO, the first 2 from the dealer and then 2 from private sellers. When it comes to used MINI Jason is the best experience. We are lucky to have a option like NORTHWEST EURO, I recommend them to anyone looking for a used MINI before going anywhere else. 5+ stars!!!
