Northwest Wine Academy, located at South Seattle College, is the first teaching winery in the Puget Sound region, offering a unique educational experience in winemaking. The academy provides certificate and degree programs in Winemaking, Wine Marketing and Sales, and Food and Wine Pairing, all taught by experienced wine professionals. The tasting room features both indoor and outdoor seating, where visitors can enjoy tasting flights of red and white wines, along with snacks for purchase. The atmosphere is welcoming and accommodating, making it kid and dog-friendly. Lovely spot to taste some wines - and lots to explore in the area. Staff/students were super nice. Loved the French music selection too!

I had such a great time at the wine tasting today! It was incredibly affordable and the staff were so welcoming. The wine itself was delicious, and enjoying it outdoors on such a warm day made the whole experience even better. Highly recommended!
