Extremely Disappointed with Recent Printing Service - As a small business owner who has relied on Office Depot for years to print marketing materials, I am deeply disappointed with my most recent experience at your store. I’ve previously chosen your services despite higher prices compared to local mom-and-pop print shops because I expected a certain level of quality and professionalism. Unfortunately, that standard has not been upheld.
I recently placed an order for bifold brochures and a large poster for an important event. When I came to pick up the order, I found that the brochures were not properly folded down the middle as specified. I brought this to the attention of the associate at the counter, who casually told me that “that’s just how the machine folds.” There was no apology, no attempt to correct the issue, or even a basic acknowledgment that this was a problem. As someone who spent considerable time designing the materials to fit your specifications exactly, this was incredibly frustrating and unacceptable.
Additionally, the poster had visible ink stains that should not have passed any quality control check. After waiting for another associate, I was offered 20% off my next purchase — a gesture that did little to resolve the current problem or restore my confidence.
This experience not only wasted my money and time but also jeopardized the professional appearance of a significant event for my business. I can no longer justify bringing my business to Office Depot when the service is subpar and the product quality is inconsistent. Moving forward, I’ll be supporting local print shops who value their customers and take pride in their work.
I hope Office Depot takes this feedback seriously and improves both the quality of service and customer care at this location.

Spoke with Amy on the phone, who claimed that she was a manager. If she truly is in fact a manager, she should go back to customer service training and or learn how to stop trying to multitask when dealing with a customer who has an issue with a product purchased. Absolute worst experience over the phone trying to resolve an issue. Just purchased brand new in the box today and this is what I encounter. A broken top piece and when expressing frustration with being required to bring the entire almost completely assembled piece with me to have it refunded and then re-purchase another one in the box with no guarantee that any of those pieces aren’t broken is absolutely unacceptable. This is the absolute last time I purchase any furniture items or any office items from Office Depot.
If I could provide a -10 star rating, I would.

I live in Tacoma, I tryed to buy earbuds for $22.06 but I didn't realized that the system put my order in a Seattle. The system didnt allowed me to cancel the order so y start a chat with Office depot explaining my reason for cancelling the order. They told me that they will do it for me but the money should be back in brief.
That had happened this Jan 06th, it is Jan 21st but my money is not back in my account.

I went to this location after leaving another print company on fourth Avenue Amy help me and one of her team members I was quoted a price they stayed with the price. This was fantastic customer service. I really appreciate them if you need copying or printing done this is your spot.

Ive used office depot for years for my business.
I added cash to my paypal at this office depot and they had a global outage that delayed my transaction. After talking to the manager he said it should come through within 24 hours. I didnt and the manager i spoke with after said he would put an investigation into it. Almost a week later and no resolution and office depot or their employess robbed me of $500 cash before christmas as far as im concered if the manager cant refund me for their system crashing and my funds not depositing to pay pal. Paypal showed the deposit started but no payment came through from offfice depot because of their outage. Ill be going to staples with my business needs until this is made whole which they arent worried about of they would have refunded me

Needed to print 50 colored front and back copies here and it was a great experience!
Amazing service, Aaron and the team were nice and super helpful.
If you need printing, I highly recommend this Office Depot.

Had to do a rush order for an event and Rodger gave great service and helped make it happen even though it was a really short notice! even offered to grab it from the retail center because the order got automatically sent there cuz it was so big. Great service

If you say you are an authorized shipper be an authorized shipper! A traveler trying to ship 4 small boxes home. Thought this would be a convenient place to ship. I was told it wasn’t possible because the shipping bend was full. A waist of my time!

The only reason I left a one star is because Rachel from Customer Relations was an absolute super star. I called her in the morning because I had a return that was past return date. The gentlemen at the Lakewood location was super helpful and pointed me to the corporate number I needed to get my return accepted, it was a never opened package my business ended up not needing.
Rachel informed that she would process the return for me all I would need to do is drop it off at the 1751 location (where I picked up my package originally), which is why I’m writing this review.
I left the return with cashier #1 to figure things out with her management team while I shopped. After I finished shopping and returned to the register Philip the manager and Jordan informed me they would not accept the return and that the return was to be picked up at my place of business, not their location. I assured Phillip and Jordan that that was not correct and that the person on the phone earlier that day had told me explicitly to drop off my return at that location. They sent me away with accepting my return didn’t offer to call and clarify information.
When I got in my car, I called back the number from this morning and was lucky enough to get Rachel again , she informed me that just 30 minutes ago someone went into my online return and changed the shipping address to my place of business instead of accepting the item.
Rachel went above and beyond to reach out to the store directly to see if she could resolve the situation on my behalf, and the cashier answered the phone but when she tried to get management on the line, they didn’t answer the line disconnected on me and Rachel.
So disappointed in this experience, I don’t intend to shop at that location ever again, even though it’s the closest to my place of business. I literally had to rearrange my whole schedule for the next two days in order to get this return a task I was looking forward to getting off my to do list. Again, Rachel is a superstar so is the cashier but the rest of the team at this location were the worst. Also the store is raggedy looking on the outside, in a sketchy part of town and it’s one of the smallest Office Depot I’ve ever seen.
