Mike, the general manager was so helpful with finding my lost receipt! The customer service was above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely come back to the store again and again in the future.

I absolutely love this store and all the people that work there! Last week I arrived five minutes before closing and was cheerfully greeted and shown to the exact product I was looking for! My son (who is on the autism spectrum) had a broken iPad charger and I was hoping to replace it right away. What a relief to be able to get a charger from a brick-and-mortar store and (bonus) be able to donate for school supplies for the community. I'm a customer for life!!

I cannot recommend Julia enough! I came in looking for help designing a special birthday coupon book, and she absolutely nailed it. She listened carefully to my ideas, offered creative suggestions, and helped turn my vision into something even better than I imagined. The final design was stunning!

I love to shop here instead of stupid Amazon. I hate Amazon price-fixing. I'm able to go to Office Depot on my way to other places I also get better ideas going to the store it helped me with creativity and finding better business answers than I do in the two-dimensional world of Amazon. I avoid Amazon anyway. I was shopping at OfficeMax and Office Depot long before there was an Amazon

As our brick and mortar stores sadly close and customer service goes down as it feels like places just can’t afford to have enough employees to be helpful, I love my office depot! Every time I come in, I can easily find staff or they find me first to ask if I need help with a big smile. They are all friendly and I’m so appreciative.

My dad and I came in to print missing posters for our cat. The employees did nothing but mock us the entire time and attempt to upsell us, they wasted over 30 minutes of our time slacking off; and ultimately made the entire experience in the store miserable. Thankfully our cat has made it home, but these employees are trash and should be fired.

Ben, the supposed shift lead, clearly dislikes his job and shows it through his horrible customer service. He was unhelpful and more concerned with avoiding assistance than actually helping me. All I wanted to do was drop off a package, but he made it incredibly awkward and negative for no reason. His unprofessional behavior made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. As a result, I would not go back to that store.

i quite literally was about to 9999 my pants so i walked to the far back looking for a toilet but it was locked! thank god front desk person gave me the code without even asking a question.
