For the record, having worked several service jobs for 29 years--- I really understand when the workload is intense and maybe the environment outside the workplace is a little sketchy (the SW corner of the building is basically a little grove hidey hole for public urination and 24/7 open drug use, the occasional gunshot fired into the ChefStore across the street, and lots of batshit crazy ass activity and crime--- so as a person who sees this everyday and has plenty of other similar experiences within these blocks--- I'm going to give anyone employed around here the grace and benefit of doubt. They do what they can... And I guarantee if someone acted a little chippy to you it might not be an act against a POC or whatever is your perspective lens. The people here do their best in an area that attracts a lot of transient and unhoused, zombie like people who break things, leave weird garbage and shit and piss and steal carts and leave needles everywhere.
The purple azalea/rhodendron, the purple variety Mediterranean spurge and other perfectly color matched plants under the Doodoo and potty tree (which hopefully doesn't die) was planted last season and that act was important. Thank you to the person who decided to do that. It gives hope.”

Erika H. and the rest of the team there have provided such consistent, positive and thorough service we have since added security cameras and recently a phone system. No company is perfect, POA and Erika handle issues quickly and with a positive attitude. I know that I don't have to worry about any of my services with them.”

When we arrived there was a local outage because a vehicle had taken out a power pole and Internet was down impacting many businesses in the area.The employee at the store took our item and then promptly processed the return after the service was restored.
