I visited this place back in 2018/2019 before Covid and stumbled across it again just recently via google maps. Had such a bad experience there that I remembered it vividly even 3 years later. Terribly rude employees and bad, over priced food.

We went there thinking it might be fun to check out a place that requires everyone to speak spanish, just to try something different. It was not....the people were not friendly to us and the food is not much better than frozen dinners. Huge disappointment and we will never go back.

I've visited twice and have loved it. Great food that reminds me of my past life in Spain (the tapas and tinto de verano are really well done), and it's a really lovely way to keep up my Spanish. The cafe is also baby-friendly, which is a huge plus. I will be back many more times and would encourage anyone to go, no matter their level of Spanish.

The customer service is a disaster to say the least. In the website, they state that you can get in contact with them via phone, text message or email. Guess what? They won't reply either one. You can try for days with no luck. My Spanish students and I tried to get a reservation with them for 8 people and at the end I had to stop by to talk to them in person. Once there, I was simply denied the option because they needed more time in advance for them to plan having a group in their business. When I told them that we have been trying to reach them for almost a week, their response was: well, we are a small business and we are very busy! What? They did not seem interested at all in having people over spending money in their business, let alone offer an alternative or other option i.e., maybe come with the group at a different time, different day, etc. NOTHING! I was shocked at the lack of interest and poor customer service these people had. So please, do not be surprised if they treat you badly if you dare to stop by and you are not one of these two: 1) an American student learning Spanish or 2) an European Spanish (I am a latina and could feel how the waitress did not even try to be welcoming to us as soon as she heard my accent, even if my husband was with me and is actually from SPAIN). No wonder why they are still a small business. A business will only grow when you know how to treat customers right!

Service was very slow. The food was very overpriced and not good at all, will definitely not be back.

Customer service needs to be improved dramatically. And I say this as a Spanish myself who have dealt with customers for years.

We had an a experience this morning at Olé Café! This is a very cool concept where people can come and interact in Spanish. The owner is also a Spanish teacher, and the people in the shop are all hoping to improve their Spanish speaking skills. "No Ingles", "no moviles/no wifi", just Spanish! This encourages an incredibly friendly atmosphere of their customers interacting in Spanish. We were invited to play a Spanish version of Taboo (Tabú) with a group of others. It was a great experience, and we loved the cafe which offered Spain-influenced bites and coffee drinks. We ordered the tortilla española, hummus, pan con tomate with jamon & manchego, an empanada, and a cortado. Loved it all. Thank you, Olé Café!

This is such a great idea! I came for Spanish conversation and had a great time even though I did not know anyone in advance. The staff were super friendly. I Iove that everyone only speaks Spanish in there-- great for practicing! The atmosphere is also very cozy.

Olé Café is a great community and space. I appreciate the immersive learning and the affordable classes. The enjoyable coffee is a nice added bonus to the thorough and supportive instruction.
