I collect original movie posters, and happened upon this store as I was walking through the market. Unfortunately, the man working the counter was an unbelievable jerk, and he will not ever receive any of my money. I had simply walked in, and he shouted in a louder voice than necessary, "We are closing soon." I looked at my watch, saw that it was 5:52pm, and reasoned that they must close a 6pm and that I had a few minutes to look around. And, if you plan to buy a $1,000 movie poster typically stores will stay open an extra minute or two to make that happen. I took only about 3 more steps into the store to look at the price on one of the posters on the back wall, and he shouted at me even more sternly, "WE ARE CLOSING SOON." I was a bit stunned, and said, "I know you said you are closing soon, but you didn't say you were closed now." He laughed at me and said, "We are closing as soon as I help these two people", pointing at two people in line. This made no sense, as apparently he was going to help those two people then close at 5:53pm. He then said, "the whole market is closing." I had no way to know this. I don't live in Seattle and don't know what time these shops close. He was incredibly rude, and will not be earning any of my money.

Located at the lower level of the pike market, this shop specializes in vintage posters. The posters all have a hard cardboard back to protect it as well as a plastic cover. They’re organized very nicely in bins are lined up at the back of the store. The shop itself is not very big, so if it does get busy, you might have to squeeze in between people who are browsing.

This place rules, it's full of cool vintage prints. 3 for $40, HUGE variety, well organized. Super fun to browse, and I've bought a dozen prints or so over several trips. There's also lots of originals for sale, like old movie posters and magazines, but that's not really my bag.Very cool shop, and not something you can find anywhere else.

Vintage posters, maps, magazines, and other print media. Fun to browse this store and see print media from the 1950s and other times. (The vintage magazines even include Playboy, oddly enough.) I liked browsing the old maps! Wish I could have found some historical maps of Seattle. The vintage paperworks theme is such a novel idea for a store and fits perfectly into the endless curiosity shops in the Pike Place Market.

Etta James was playing as I was browsing and I felt so happy and nostalgic as I browsed through the posters.

A woman in the shop today was yelled at for taking photos of 3 pieces that she texted to her family as she was trying to pick out the ones they wanted. The angry lil owner was super rude during the confrontation towards her. There are no signs posted but he could've politely tell her that that wasn't allowed rather than verbally attacking her in front of everyone in the store

Quick review: the items are awesome -- I almost purchased a few things -- that is, until I heard the clerk speak to a customer. I'm guessing the clerk is the owner. Whoever he was, he was incredibly rude, and said "F*** you," to a customer. I don't care who or what you are, but no one deserves that kind of treatment, especially when the customer was not at all impolite. Terrible customer service! Whoever works here should not be running a business if you treat customers like dirt. Previous one star reviews will also tell you how horrible they are at communicating. Shop at your own risk!

This is the worst place ever and extremely over priced! Awful costumer service, the small man working the cashier was rude, obnoxious and started cursing people out for literally no reason- since they kindly asked for a nominal discount after purchasing 5 posters. This man has 0 business working at a shop, let alone owning one. I think he was probably bipolar or off his meds, he made a spectacle in front of other customers and scared them all away. BE CAREFUL GOING INSIDE..It's not safe.

The guy has absolutely horrible customer service. I went in looking for something James Bond. The guy was saying how everything is over $1000 and I asked if he could show me. He was super rude and insinuating I was wasting his time. I took this as being disrespectful and he literally cussed at me and yelled at me. What is going on? If the owner has cameras watch them on this date between 3:15-3:25 and look how bad it was

Had a great time browsing in this store. It's so awesome to see all the old, vintage advertisements, signs, magazines and play boys. Found my birth month play boy and picked it up. Cool item to collect! Owner was friendly and helpful.

Had an amazing time browsing this shop! Had to pare down my basket because there was just too much good stuff in this shop. A place I certainly stop at every time I go to Seattle!

Very small shop, but packed with lots of posters and magazines! If you are looking for older vintage posters, this is the place! You can find all types of posters ranging from music, movies, pin ups and ads. They also have a large selection of magazines from the 80s, etc. They have a section of old used postcards that's really interesting too. You can take any size of their posters and with a nice frame make it a real talking piece of art for your home or a gift!
