I came in to have a ring resized and Michael, who helped me, was very friendly. It needed to go down two whole sizes, requiring some extra maneuvering, but the cost was reasonable and he was proactive about contacting me with changes. My ring fits perfectly now and the process was easy. They have a beautiful selection of jewelry there too.

gorgeous jewelry but dont sell your gold here. they dont do a gram spot price, theyll just say that its super complicated and they have to send the gold to the refinery and that costs money and thus they need to super undercut you instead. after doing research on selling gold I feel that they werent very honest or transparent, and honestly I feel duped.

We had my engagement ring resized and reinforced here. My fiance proposed to me with his grandmothers ring and the great people at Olympia Jewelry helped get it to be the perfect fit and I can wear it without worrying about the stones falling out. Very happy with the results. We will have the wedding band fixed here as well.

Im so happy to have found a jewelry store that I can trust with all my sentimental rings. I recently needed a couple of them resized and they were nonjudgmental, very honest with the cost, and did an amazing job in a timely manner. They even suggested I come back every six months to get them professionally cleaned, free of charge, even when the rings I have werent bought at that establishment. I highly recommend anyone to this jeweler.
