Fantastic experience at this sports shop! My husband picked up three hats (one for me), a t-shirt, and two sweatshirts (one for me), and we couldn’t be happier with the purchases. The staff provided excellent customer service—friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. My new sweatshirt is incredibly cozy and has already become a favorite! We’ll definitely be back for more. Highly recommend!

I was headed to the Team Store at Lumen Field to grab a souvenir, but the 50% off signs caught my eye, and I stopped in here instead. I bought a few hats that were reduced and left happy. There's a mix of all professional Seattle teams with both regular and sale price items that consisted of hats, shirts, jackets, gloves, blankets, etc. I got the feeling most of the items are probably from seasons past (i.e. closeouts, discounted from the manufacturer, etc.), but I will wager it will save you money versus the full price stadium store if you stop by. The person who helped me was friendly and personable.

Customer service was very good and the guy that checked us out was very helpful. Honestly I do not care if a jersey is real or not, because nobody is going to rip the shirt off my back and accuse me for purchasing a fake jersey. I got a great deal for the Bruce Lee Seattle Soundeds jersey and it is great quality.

This place is pretty cool! It has a pretty good selection of Seattle sports merch! Good alternative to the Pro Shop on game day, and it even has Seattle Sonics gear, which is awesome!

It was a total knock off. I went to the Seattle Sounders vs Motagua Honduras game not to long ago. And I bought the new sounders jersey, their Legacy jersey, and it I saw that it said authentic, so I spent $130 on it. Came to find out, it was a total fake jersey. I’m never EVER going there again. I basically just threw my money away.

I purchased a light weight Mariners jacket on 5/14/18 to wear to the game on 5/18/18. At the game I noticed there was a defect on the jacket that I had not noticed when I bought . On Monday 5/21/18 I called to ask about exchanging and they immediately offered to exchange the jacket, ship to me and to donate the coat to someone in need!! As a a result this will be my spot to shop and can't wait to return to their store for Seahawks football season . Amazing customer service!!! Thank you so much!! The coat was appreciated by someone in need!!!
