I was considering going in here, but not anymore from reading these reviews. Horrible customer service, and hard to cancel your membership. I need a place I can trust and not just hustling me.

This location is very hit-or-miss. Sometimes the coaches are good, other times I literally don't think they could do the workout. Overall the gym is large and I like the layout.

Most complete workout experience EVER!!The coaches are phenomenal and really give you the opportunity to maximize your workout with the cool performance feedback you are getting the entire workout ? ???

I like that the coaches keep you motivated throughout the whole workout session, constantly speaking to you, playing music to match the vibe, and giving you 1:1 attention whenever required.

Terrible location, terrible front desk girl who sounded Australian. She was so sickening, I didn’t like her at all and the way she spoke to me. The people are not very nice here, they’re super pushy about their lame workout and I hate their entire system. Tracking people is such a weird concept, it should be a fun workout. Why would you pay to do a few rounds of treadmill, rowing and basic strength? Just sign up for a gym. Its overpriced for what you’re getting. I highly recommend Studio 3 if you want a great studio and a mix of workouts for a similar price. The vibe is SPECTACULAR over there. Plus they have a smoothie bar. I’m going to stick to them instead of OrangeTheory.

Clean, spacious studio, friendly staff, and a GREAT workout! I will definitely go back to OTF Belltown anytime I visit Seattle! ?

It’s my 2-year OTF anniversary and one full year with OTF Belltown as my home studio. I *love* OTF Belltown! Like anyone, my work takes a lot out of me and I’m grateful I can count on getting a sweaty, well-programmed workout every time I step into the studio. I started OTF as a way to cross train (I’m an avid ultra runner) but stuck around as I started setting personal speed records on my ultra distances that I didn’t think were possible. I credit OTF for that! If that weren’t enough, the coaches and staff are also all incredible. This is a truly supportive workout environment. I can’t say enough good about this studio; thank you, Belltown!

Extremely lousy workouts for which you will be over paying. You can literally do this in your living room instead of paying $150 every month. Also, the customer service is horrible. Personally I don’t write such negative reviews, however, when it came down to a point to cancel my membership, they have policies that will rob you of your money and not let your cancel on time. I literally paid an extra of $217 to just get my membership cancelled.

I called to cancel my membership, they said they unable to cancel because my account is on freeze. So I had to wait till next bill date, that means I only can cancel my membership after they charge my next bill. That’s crazy and unfair! The reason I put my account on freeze my legs was injury, now I just want to cancel my membership, and they still want to charge me!!! DO NOT JOIN THEIR MEMBERSHIP!!!!!!!

Don't join the membership, they won't let you cancel unless you pay additional monthly fees. They just put you on freeze and telling you that you cannot cancel your membership until next bill cycle?
