Bill was great! Quickly responded to my emails and got me by far the best price for a great auto insurance policy. I went to quite a few other places and this was the best rate.Especially good if you are Canadian or out of state and moving down to WA, he takes into account your out of state or foreign driving experience. Being very frustrated by the service provided by this company. We were getting an urgent request and trying to reach out to the agent but got no response at all. I can understand sometimes the agent is on vacation or leave for some reason, but at least you should have notified or have a backup support rather than can not be reached out at all, like disappeared. In addition, our insurance got rejected by the insurance company, and the company has notified our agent to notify us, but we didn't hear from our agent at all. We figured it out ourselves weeks later. Super disappointed by the service would NOT recommend this company at all!

Being very frustrated by the service provided this company. Our insurance got rejected but never heard from our agent. Weeks later after we figured it out ourselves and trying to reach out to the agent to cancel the other insurance, we were NEVER able to hear back from them... Feel it happens that agent will be on travel or leave, but at least you should have backup support or have customer notified and provide a way that when you are not available whom we should reach out to. Will NEVER recommend this company to anyone!
