My husband and I have lived at Oregon 42 going on six years now and we absolutely love it! Great staff, beautiful spaces.

Don't move here. Nothing ever fixed then they charge you for it when you move out! Shady billing practices and even shadier move out billing.!!! Many other apartments around. Save the hassle.

If you are applying for Mfte Leasing is a nightmare at this specific apartment and I would suggest avoiding it. The reason, it’s 3 stars is only because the community manager is really friendly and extremely helpful.
Oregon 42 Apartments is located one block from the vibrant business district of the West Seattle Junction. In the Junction, you can enjoy a variety of boutique shops, and an eclectic mix of cafes, restaurants, and nightlife. On Sundays, the neighborhood is alive with the year-round famous West Seattle Farmers Market. During the summer months, the market expands to include live music, as well as numerous booths offering lifestyle, conservation, and gardening-related interests.
