“I'm very happy to call Dunn Motors my new home! The entire experience, from touring to application to move-in, was so incredibly smooth. Britanny and Melissa are a wonderful team. They were amazing with answering all of my questions and coordinating every aspect of the move-in process.

The apartments are thoughtfully designed and checked off everything on my list. Lots of natural light, A/C hookup, modern fixtures and appliances, beautiful finishes, and plenty of storage. Also love that real estate company, Hunters Capital, is Seattle local and actively involved in the community!”

“We absolutely love living at Avalon Belltown Towers! My husband and I constantly talk about how amazing it is to call this place home. The convenience, high-quality amenities — especially the gym and pet wash spa — and the responsive maintenance team are truly unmatched.
The location is another huge plus. Avalon is right in the heart of Belltown, surrounded by great restaurants and coffee shops, and it’s an easy walk to both Seattle Center and Olympic Sculpture Park — perfect for pet owners!
One small downside is that some extra charges, like guest parking and late package fees, can feel a bit nickel-and-dime. That said, these fees are occasional and mostly optional.
Overall, I would absolutely recommend Avalon Belltown Towers to anyone looking to live in Seattle — it’s genuinely worth it!”

Cleaned up! Taken care of! Love to see the Madrone Passive House under new mgmt that takes care of their trash and neighborhood around them, a complete turn around!

UPDATE 10/14/2025
Still a mess! Worst neighbors. Trash everywhere, glass broken all over the street, can’t walk our dogs without them getting glass in their paws. You took the neighborhood down a notch.

UPDATE 8/5/2025: People moving in and out, leaving their trash all over the street for the crows and rats to come into the neighborhood. Madrone is an awful neighbor.

UPDATE 6/20/2025: I've emailed, texted, and now have to come here because you ignore me.

Your trash is overflowing. Rats have built homes in the neighborhood. Literally everyone surrounding your building thinks your a bad neighbor. We are paying $500 for exterminators for your overflowing trash cans. Rats, crows, everyone. Act like a community member and take care of your trash properly.

I’ve lived in the neighborhood on and off the last 20 years. We bought a home across the street and watched them build this for the last 3 years.

Now that it has been built, the tenets leave their trash on top of the garbage and the crows, rats and squirrels devour it. There is glass all over the street, food annd garbage everywhere and the critters have come. It’s a disaster. I tried calling management and they don’t return calls. So now I’m going to the city to report them. It’s really bad, they have brought the neighborhood down.”

“Move-in was really smooth. Bryan has been super diligent about following up and being responsive. We've had some logistical issues (e.g. voicemail inbox full) but Bryan was really proactive about identifying issues and addressing them or letting me know why something wasn't addressed yet (e.g. a specialty lightbulb on backorder).”

“The Broadway Building is such a great place to live! It’s centrally located in Capitol Hill, making commuting to the office easy while also having ample things to do in my personal time. The managing office also creates a great community with lots of activities (like book club) and knows us all by name. My partner and I have lived here for the past 2 years and just renewed because of how much we enjoy the space and the Broadway Building! Skyler made the renewal process seamless and accommodated for our holiday travels. She was communicative, attentive, and was a big reason why we chose to renew with Broadway! I highly recommend this building as a place to live!”

“I had to leave a review because some of these other reviews are getting ridiculous. If you don’t like living at Skye, that’s your right; leave your review and move on. Or here’s a better idea: do all the current tenants a favor and calm down or move out. But constantly editing the same review every so often like you’re breaking news, I am honestly embarrassed for you.

There’s also a small group of tenants who seem to have made complaining their full-time hobby, pushing discord chats, whining daily, and acting like they’re leading some kind of revolution. Spoiler alert: nobody at Skye is losing sleep over it.

Now for the actual reality of living at Skye from a former tenant's point of view:

The Good:

Prices are fair for Belltown. You’re living in a prime Seattle neighborhood, and compared to a lot of nearby buildings, pricing is reasonable.
The office staff is trying. They manage the place, they don’t own it. Some people act like the leasing team controls everything at the building. News flash they don’t.

The Bad:

Hallways, workout room and laundry room are old. No sugarcoating it, they need upgrades badly. This is the biggest issue.

The Neutral:

Utilities went up. Welcome to Seattle and welcome to planet earth, honestly. They’re not nearly as outrageous as some people make them sound.

I was originally going to give Skye 3 stars, but after seeing the level of immaturity and nonsense the leasing has to deal with from a handful of tenants, I’m bumping it to 4 stars. It’s not perfect, but it’s also nowhere near the disaster some dramatic people claim.

Some people should probably spend less time rage-posting and more time touching base with reality and realize that their opinions don't carry the weight of gold.”

“I recently toured Dorian and was extremely impressed by the views (the best in Belltown!), the amenities, and the shared spaces such as the lobby. Nicole was so patient, kind, and knowledgeable the entire tour. We really appreciated her insight about the community and how attentive she was to our needs. Though we ultimately decided to move forward with another property, Dorian was a very close second. The amenities were clean and tidy, the unit itself was spacious (we viewed a 2-bed), and the overall atmosphere felt safe and welcoming. We'll definitely consider Dorian in the future!”

“Living at Rollin Street Flats is amazing! Spacious apartments, lots of pet areas around the building, and AC for those hot summer days. Would highly recommend this apartment.”

“Ryan and the entire management/maintenance team have been absolutely amazing. Ryan is always incredibly kind, welcoming, and communicative — always saying hello with a smile and always there to help whenever something comes up. Any issue I’ve ever had gets handled basically immediately, and the maintenance staff are just as awesome and responsive.

The apartment itself is great, but honestly what makes this place stand out is the management. Everything is always super clear, professional, and transparent. No shady business, no hidden problems, just genuinely great people who care about the residents and make living here stress-free.

“I lived in Guinevere for 6 years, and I can’t say enough good things about Molly and Angel. They went above and beyond to help me through some tough times, and I couldn’t be more impressed and grateful. These 2 ladies care about their tenants, and it really shows.

I highly recommend Guinevere for anyone looking to live in Greenwood. It is close to so many great restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. It is absolutely my favorite neighborhood in Seattle, and Guinevere is a solid place to call home.

“I really enjoyed my tour at Maris Seattle. The property itself was very clean and it looked as though it has been kept up extremely well. Once inside I immediately felt welcome. It seems they have several different areas throughout the building where you can simply come in, take a seat and socialize with other people. I thought their scheduled events were some things that would definitely be enjoyable to participate in. Overall, I believe this will be an extremely active and engaging community to be a part of. I greatly appreciate Ahmed for showing me around and being attentive to all my questions.”

“Ron does an incredible job maintaining the building. He's friendly not only to those who live here but also the contractors and delivery people who visit. It's nice to know that there's someone working hard to handle issues in the building before they become problems and responding quickly in the rare case I need something fixed in my apartment.”

She provided me with all the information I needed, she promptly responded to all requests, and she could be counted on to do what she said she was going to do, when she said she was going to do it. I would highly recommend Prexy Apartments.”

Veda, the maintenance man, is equally amazing. He’s not only skilled and efficient but also friendly and respectful. Every maintenance request I’ve submitted has been handled promptly and with great attention to detail. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right.

“This apartment complex is amazing. We've been here a few weeks and love it so far - it's clean, beautiful, has nice residents, amenities, and a really good leasing and property manager! Aaron is fantastic and really great at his job. The tour was great and he helped adjust our move-in date and other little details. He even did a check-in call to make sure our move went smoothly and see if we needed anything! We are very appreciative. It seems like they are really on top of communication, repairs, or if you have any potential issues. They have package lockers and the building feels very secure and safe in general, esp compared to other apt buildings I've lived in before. Everyone we've met has been friendly here. We love the neighborhood and living right next to so many great restaurants, cafes, public transit, etc. No issues so far, love the apt, building, neighborhood, and people. Highly recommend!”

“I have passed by this bldg so many times. Sadly, it is rapidly becoming one of those fewer and fewer downtown Seattle Apt. Buildings constructed prior to the second wold war. This building overflowing with architectural charms from coal chutes, fire escapes, dumb waiters, rooms with interior brick walls, steam spewing radiators for heat and many more precious charms to discover.”

“I recently moved into Gilbert House and absolutely love it! The building is well maintained, quiet, and charming. The location is great! You can walk to all the shops and restaurants in the neighborhood and just a short walk or drive to Lower Queen Anne, SLU, etc. This is my favorite neighborhood/apartment I've lived in around the Seattle area and would recommend if you're looking for a bright unit, good location, and community feel.”

“I came into the leasing office today to view the property and get some information about renting here and Darius and Grace were super nice and helpful when I arrived, they informed me that tours are by appointment only but Darius was willing to show me the property anyways since he had a little extra time so I wouldn’t have to schedule an appointment and come back. I can’t say enough how appreciative I am to the Cubix staff for all their help and patience today you guys really do have an amazing staff!”
