We drove out of our way to buy wiper blades at O'Reilly Auto. The staff member was rude and refused to help install our wiper blades. Never going to this store again.

Thomas went above and beyond. Friendly person to talk to on a cold day when everything seemed to be breaking. He helped me with my battery problem and had me on my way in no time. Along the way, I learned how to fix a battery problem like this in the future.

The guy with the gross beard didn’t have enough common sense to clear the engine code. So he had to be asked twice. You could tell he really enjoyed flexing his authority with the code reader.

Very helpful Staff. They have specialty products like spanner sockets for installation of engine fuel-air sensorsWhat they don't have , they'll order it for you. & let you know when they get it.

I would have given zero stars if I could have. I came in to get a core charge back, and return a part I had just bought a few days prior.CAM was the counter person who, for some reason couldn't understand why I kept telling him 3 times, that the card that I had on file for the core charge and the item return was COMPLETELY UNUSABLE due to the fact that the vehicle was stolen, along with the card. (Last night.)He didn't listen to a single thing I said! He (politely) said "well sir $46.23 was refunded back to your card." Literally seconds after I told him specifically not to do that.Then he explains that his "hands are tied" on how O'Reilly's refunds core charges and returns.Really? Receipt in hand? Purchased 3 days ago? After I told him the card was stolen in the same vehicle I was returning the parts for???You have got to be kidding me. I called another O'Reilly's not far from the White Center location where Cam works, and the manager of the other store explained that in certain circumstances that they will refund items and core charges in cash or store credit, either of which would have been totally great! Guess that was too much for this O'Reilly's. I'll take my business elsewhere. What a disappointment!I guess I chalk this one up to marginal intelligence. They got my car, my card and now some extra cash! Criminals just keep winning. Thanks for listening to your customers and doing exactly the opposite of what was asked! Sheesh!

I realized one of my headlights was out at 8pm and they’re open until 9. It was $20 and they installed it for me for free.

I used to love the customer service at O'Reilly's, however in the past couple of years they haven't given any. They didn't even help me with my car battery when I had a knee injury. I had to carry the old one in and the new one out. I'm a woman and a senior citizen.
