Giancarlo. He helped me find the same wiper blades that I had purchased a year ago. And in the rain helped me install them very quickly so I could get on the road before traffic hits. Just really outstanding customer service with a lot of skill and no fuss.

Good treatment from the staff and they help you find what you are looking for. Beware of the car scammers outside the store. They asked me to give them a battery to start their car and I told them no and when I entered the store they left.

This is the last place you want to go. can you imagine they sell a single crush washer for $2.5 each and acting brutally and arrogantly like he doesn't care at all and "this is what it is".

I am a 35 y.o. woman and I own a 2016 Honda Odyssey. I needed to change the battery in my key fob, replace my wiper blades, and refill the wiper fluid. I didn't know how to do any of that, so I asked the clerk if he could show me how. His name is Russ, and he was very polite and professional. He showed me the options for all the products and didn't try to upsell me.After I purchased the supplies Russ showed me how to pop the hood, refill the wiper fluid, and change the front and back wipers. I am so proud of myself! I really appreciated his help. I look pretty young and I don't know anything about cars, so it was so nice not to feel talked down to or that I was a bother. I'm thrilled that I will be able to take care of those tasks by myself in the future!Russ also let me know that my tires were bald and that I should replace them soon. From start to finish we knocked out tasks I've been dreading for weeks in less than a half an hour. He pointed out where the break and transmission fluid ports are, and he explained how to know when it's time to change my wipers. I will definitely go back to this O'Reilly's in the future. Thanks again Russ!

I stopped by O'Reilly's for RainX before the Seattle rain hit. The nicest employee, Russ, came out to help and applied RainX perfectly and did so with a smile. Thank you Russ!

Erik was amazing! I pulled up with a rental car that was overheating and Erik read our check engine light code, got us the right coolant and even helped us put it in. He was very friendly and helpful. If I was a local, I would come here for everything.

This O’reilly’s has nice workers who have helped me with a few different car needs and is well located, but I also want to give them extra kudos for keeping a clean freshly-painted storefront in an area that requires extra effort to combat graffiti/trash/etc.

Bizarre accusations, broken promises, rudeness, no accountability. I ordered a caliper from O'Reilly's Ketchikan, Alaska store. They forgot to put the destination on it and had to call me back later. After I received it one of the slider pins behaved like it was cross threaded. I called them for help and got a person who agreed with my assessment. He was also was argumentative, rude, and bizarrely accused me of putting it on the truck and breaking off bolts. He did say that they would cover return freight. I talked to the manager and sent the caliper back. Later the manager claimed that there was nothing wrong with it and wouldn't reimburse any of the freight. They had torqued the slider pin bolts and resold the caliper. The manager told me that if the bolt was cross-threaded then it wouldn't have torqued. From experience and everything I've read this is wrong. The bolt will appear to torque, but will not have proper holding power. I contacted O'Reilly's company service and they were dismissive. They offered to have the regional manager call me. He never called.

Erik (store manager) is great. Helped me install a taillight, dome light, and wipers. Thanks Erik!
