I bought a battery this morning and both service staff were incredibly helpful in giving me options and explaining the differences. Gunner made quick and thorough work of installing the new battery and giving me credit for the old one! I accidently left my credit card on the counter and Gunner went to the special effort of finding me at the next door McDonalds to return my card! What service!! I will definitely be going back to this store! Thank you Gunner!!

Great customer service, needed a simple 10mm socket, the garage must have ate the dozen I’ve bought…😂 these guys are always friendly, professional, and have what I need in stock every time!

People like the employee Reza are what makes O'Reilly's amazing. He is super chill and kind. He blessed me up with a lot of good info on my car and was so genuine.

I went in to get clips to reattach a broken bumper and Geremy totally surpassed my expectations by trouble shooting the best way to fix it and then fully fixing it himself. He saved me from either taking it to a shop or spending an hour trying to figure out how to do it myself. Will definitely go back the next time I need something for my car!

Amazing service - quick, efficient, friendly, prices are good, what more could you ask for? Came here on a sunny Friday afternoon looking to get my battery checked as my car was dead two days in a row. I was greeted warmly and helped right away. The manager, Ambrosio, checked my battery and then jumped my car because my car had died in the parking lot. After that, he checked the battery again to ensure the issue was my battery and not something more serious like my alternator. Luckily, it was just my 2015 dated battery that needed to be replaced. Ambrosio installed the battery in less than 10 mins and I was on my way. Will definitely come back next time I need anything car related.

Just went in to get my car battery tested and replaced. The guys at this location made it super easy and I was in and out within 20 mins. They installed the new one and took the old. Great experience.

Came today on a Friday morning and was very fortunate to be assisted by Eduardo. He helped me find the right parts that I needed which included installation. Aside from the great customer service, he also had that warm human connection which helps putting my mind at ease when I’ve been dealing with a ton of car-issues lately.

I'm giving this store specifically a rating based on my work experience here. I was employed during Covid, very genuinely cared about each customer that came through and thoroughly enjoyed helping assist with individual problems. I commuted from Tacoma every work day as a single mother. Not once have I ever felt so disrespected as I have here. I had my daughter enrolled in soccer starting in Spring. Upon requesting morning shifts to accommodate work and getting my child to and from soccer the manager Greg told me if I didn't show for a shift, weather it was scheduled during a time I had to take my daughter to soccer or not he would let me go. Calling and speaking to HR didn't help as it was a "employee disagreement." I would never recommend working under such a disrespectful company as this. Being a single mother isn't easy by no means and I was throughly shocked to the core given the response from corporates HR and the management. The standards for which people have to spend working need to change. Response and protection of employees need to change. NOBODY should have to deal with indecency working class or not. Everybody has rights and EVERY PERSON deserves respect. Corporate offices need to change the way they handle things.

So I went into the O'Reilly's on lake City Way and ask for some help on getting an item the gentleman that was closing who is dark skinned and wear glasses accused me of stealing. I emptied out my pockets and after I showed I didn't have it, I didn't get so much as an apology. I've been shopping there for 7 and 1/2 years and never had an incident. There was people in there and it was really embarrassing so I feel that the guy should lose his job and I should be compensated in some way.

No questions asked/ easy return, just had to show a receipt and I got assistance with installing something . Really good service, nice people!
