The guy who attended me was very kind with excellent customer service I am glad to see such a joben with charisma and enthusiasm this place is the perfect solution for women who do not know about mechanics! there is also a gentleman I think is Mexican equally kind 10 stars for this place.

Zoe and Travis were super helpful and installed my headlight bulbs for free!!! They both were very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family!

Was looking at different scented car air fresheners and an employee who I'm assuming is the manager very loudly whispered "watch them" to another employee who then pretended he was on the computer. Not coming back

Susanna (correct name hopefully), was amazing at helping me complete some minor yet major standard checks on a 2003 Saturn that was given to me. One dashboard light was on noting needing rear lightbulb. After replacing the bulb herself, she checked my coolant (needed refill), battery (good to go), oil (full and clean) and kicked the tires and said "Good to Go Sir, what else can I help you with." I didn't ask for any of that extra car on my new, yet used, WHIP!!! Susanna did it out of her normal routine if service!! We will be taking Charlotte back again if needed.
