We started out with POA and copiers about 7 years ago. Erika H. and the rest of the team there have provided such consistent, positive and thorough service we have since added security cameras and recently a phone system. No company is perfect, POA and Erika handle issues quickly and with a positive attitude. I know that I don't have to worry about any of my services with them.

On that day, we were delighted and quite impressed when the toner we had been waiting for was finally brought to our location. The prompt delivery and timely arrival of the toner were greatly appreciated by everyone involved.

Ordered service from them, gave all my information including credit card info, emailed them twice when I received no responses and they never returned my messages! Absolutely horrible service, do not use them!!~

Worst company ever. Mark Fulk is our account guy and would highly advise to steer clear of both him and Pacific Office Automation. They messed up our delivery, hid "standard boiler plate" fees, and have still not provided me documentation with my signature agreeing to annual increases. When you are a small church you rely on every dollar that comes in and POA has been more than happy to take advantage of those donated dollars. If you are small non-profit stay as far away as possible!

I have a copy center. Both of my machines are not working correctly. I had to close my shop 4 days last week. The same thing happened to me last year. One of the copiers was down for over a month. I didn't receive any compensation then and probably won't receive any this time either. Can someone in the corporate office contact me?

Don't ever choose this company. Their customer service team was really unprofessional. It took them forever to get back to my requests. We were forced to go into auto-renew without any notice or confirmation. If you received their invoice late and did not make payments on time, it is always your problem. They provide you a buyout quote and withdraw it later saying it is provided by mistake. Bad service, terrible equipment, worst company ever worked with. I am not sure how many people can read this, but whoever read this review. Please trust me, don't work with them.

Douglas Fruit recently changed our account to POA, and even though it has been only a short time, we have been extremally satisfied. Joel has been great so far.
