Well it was the end of the month and i needed a loan so brought my laptop in and i thought because the other shop on capitol hill had offered me a whole 30 bucks before i tjought thats what i was gonna get from these guys and i was pissed at even the offer of only 30 bucks its a 2023 microscoft tuch . The younger guy was very nice,when I came in to fill out paperwork.he told me when I come pick up my gun it would cost a low price for two guns and they would give me a box of ammo.they never called me back.i tried to find out where my guns were but got no help.four weeks later I got a rude call to pick my guns up.soon as I walked in the owner just stared at me for a long time then grumpyly told me it would be two hundred dollars and when I asked about the box of ammo he yelled at me and said "don't you got money to buy your own ammo"!!he then made several remarks about who I was buying the guns for.he was a mean angry man and I will never do business there again.Go to Pintos in Renton.1000 times better experience and more then half the cost cheaper.i think he is a racest....

Horrible customer service. I was ready to spend at very minimum of 300 dollars and i left because how outstandingly rude the staff was. Oh well pawn shops are a dime a dozen,i just thought id leave a review.

Tried to sell me a fake silver bullion bar. Right before I made the purchase I asked if they had a magnet so I can test it. It failed, it was fake. They acted surprised, I believe they knew it was fake.

The older guy that works there is always very helpful and understanding and nice to deal with. The younger guy that always wears black and has reddish brown hair is a douche bag. He's a condescending little punk. He needs to learn some manners and how to deal with customers.

Perry has a seasoned team working at this downtown location. It's obvious that these guys know the business and they're quick to answer any questions...It's definitely a business that serves locals and they just have good service so check this place out.

Rudest staff EVER! super hostile and rude right from the get go, no wonder this place is trash. Everyone in here was dismissive and lowkey aggressive. Avoid this place, your money is better spent somewhere else.

I do not have alone with Palace jewelry and loan but from what I can see they are reputable honest and extremely helpful my brother had a stroke a very bad one and these guys maintained him through these years they've been extremely helpful to him and I am extremely grateful to them for what they have done no other pawn shop I know of would have gone out of their way the way these guys have Perry the owner is a nice guy I recommend place to anybody and I trust them

This place has great customer service.Came by to sell a gaming laptop and it was super quick , friendly and negotiable. Matt helped out with determining the value. This place gets busy(they are located in the heart of pike place ) , so do be mindful, but the staff goes above and beyond to help you out. They have a lot of good selections.5/5 for me as I’ll be coming back out here.

The staff are all pleasant and they answer the phone quickly and get done what you need in a timely manner. Also note they are one of the last FFLs in Seattle proper.

For an FFL dealer to not know that they can legally release a handgun after the 10 business days clock has run out is ridiculous. Friday at 17:00 they should have called and told me to come pick the firearm up as the time limit expired. Plenty of other FFL dealers would have and do exactly that for handguns.
