I went looking for red wrapping paper, yellow wrapping paper, and baby blue bows for a Winnie the Pooh themed baby shower. They did not have red wrapping paper, yellow wrapping paper, or baby blue bows. The people working there were very nice and the manager explained that because they are owned by Barnes & Noble corporate, they get whatever wrapping paper corporate sends them. Manager said they actually often request plain wrapping paper in different colors, but corporate doesn't meet their requests and they just don't have it in stock regularly.I thought that was a little odd for a wrapping paper specialty store.

They have a nice selection of cards, envelopes, wrapping paper and little gifts.I went in to the store to ask about custom printing for my wedding. The associate was not knowledgeable about the services they offer and just told me to look at their website, and wasn’t friendly in providing any support. It’d be nice if the staff was trained on how to support customers with these type of inquiries. I’ll be looking elsewhere.

I tried gift wrapping for the first time for a special person. The gift was wrapped wrong and instead of fixing the mistake I was to be charged for the additional materials they should have used in the first place according to what I had asked for. I would be upset with the employee but honestly it seems like terrible customer service on the managers part who denied correcting the error and then charging for the materials to correct their employees mistake on top of the wrong materials they apparently already charged me for. Now I'm left with a partially wrapped gift. This may matter less to others than some who may be more "typical to a Queen Anne" but I'm a single parent plus a foster parent to two additional children and a disabled veteran, these weren't dollars easily spent. I just felt like it would be a little something nice and now this feels really crappy.

This was my first visit to Paper Source! I love writing letters and needed something beyond a legal pad. Paper Source had whatvI needed and more! The lady who helped me with my purchase was great and showed me a few things I needed and something I wanted! Great spot! Highly recommended!

Great store staff but customer service at corporate is a disaster. I’ll be finding another place for craft supplies.

I love all of the products Paper Source has to offer and I always get compliments from friends and family on the pretty gift wrap I purchase there. I live in the neighborhood and stop by often for gifts, cards and gift wrap. Lately the customer service has been awful. The girls at the register are rude and don't even bother to ask for my email address and act like it's a burden if I need a bag for the handful of small items I'm buying. I'm not sure if I was earning points for coming in frequently or not but they always used to ask and I got a great coupon at Christmas that I was excited about. There was a super nice man that was working there for awhile but I haven't seen him on my last few visits. Tonight I asked if I could set my basket on the counter and right in front of me the petite woman with dark hair just past her shoulders yelled for another associate to come and sanitize the basket. It would just be a little more professional if that was done after the transaction was complete and the customer stepped away from the counter in my opinion. My boyfriend pointed out that I could buy all of the stuff I get at Paper Source at the Bartell's across the street and I think I might just take my business there. Cuter wrapping paper and cards aren't worth poor customer service. I hope the manager sees this and can provide training so they can avoid losing more customers.

Tried to come here at 6:40pm on a Monday, but the store was already closed even though store hours are 10am - 7pm. There were other customers inside finishing up their shopping, but the two sales associates refused to acknowledge me even though I was waving at them through the glass door. I can understand closing a few minutes early, but this was just bad customer service. Very disappointed.

Amazing assortment of goods both cards & wrap & unique gifts. Friendly. Welcoming. Lots to ponder on. Spend some time here.
