Great service! They asked me questions about the urgency + fragility of my package in order to find the cheapest shipping container option. Plus, no wait at all which was a much welcome surprise compared to the (sometimes) terrible lines at USPS.

I go here all the time. I don’t go to the post office anymore. These people are so kind and help me package anything to ship out. Sometimes I just use their drop box. This place has a small town feel to it that transports you out of the crazy city for a moment. Coffee shop and lake nearby if you want to make your Postal Place errand a little more fun.

It's nice to have this mailing hub so close to home. I was able to find shipping supplies here that Bartell's (one block away) didn't have.

You can feel the love and kindness immediately as you walk in. My day was brighter after visiting this shop to mail a usps package. Note: they sell packaging tape.

I don’t know too much about sending packages, and having this shop here in town where someone can take their time helping me instead of being rushed by a long line is SO helpful. I have friends and family on the east coast, and this has opened up new opportunities for sending care packages to my loved ones. Thanks so much!!Edit: stopped by again to finally drop off my first package. The clerk who helped me went ABOVE AND BEYOND. What a great asset and resource for the community. This is my go-to for all my return shipping. They will print a label for you for 50 cents. I’ve rarely encountered a line and it’s so much faster than the post office. The folks that run this place are genuinely kind and helpful.

Super easy and free to drop off UPS, FedEx, and USPS (maybe also DHL?) packages that are labeled and ready to go out. Just an FYI they can’t print UPS labels from QR codes. Jenny is really nice and helpful! What an asset to the Green Lake community ☺️
