They are steeped in synth lore and culture with deep, specialty knowledge of all things electronic music, especially modular synthesis and Eurorack. They offer helpful support and advice, will help troubleshoot damn near anything, and provide amazing gear references that can save customers money. The atmosphere is supportive and fun, filled with the beeps, boops, whirrs, bleeps, and bloops of people making sounds and weird noises. They operate an e-commerce site shipping worldwide and have a small event space for lessons and workshops.
