This was the best experience I've ever had at a dog groomer! The ladies were all so nice and welcoming and made my "scaredy cat" dog feel comfortable. They did an amazing job with her haircut and asked exactly what I wanted (how much off the ears, body, etc) and executed it perfectly. I would highly recommend this place!!! They also had things very clean and organized in the store. I will be back!

I can't say enough good things about Paws in the Park. We take our large dogs there to be groomed and they always are well-taken care of. Ramona and her team do a fantastic and thorough job. Julia is a dear and is consistent with her great client service. Paws in the Park also has an expansive variety of treats and food. It's likely that you'll find everything you need to keep your furry friend happy and healthy.

Wonderful groomers that care deeply for your pet. Prices are totally reasonable, quite often can do nails while you wait. Highly recommend.

I actually went here by random chance and was hoping to find maybe one or two treats made in America and was blown away by the selection of treats I'd never even seen before at PetSmart or Mud Bay. I've been trying to move my dogs to a 100% American diet after seeing so many recalls and "linked to" reports about foreign-manufactured dog foods and treats. The staff were very helpful in making recommendations. I can't speak to their other offerings or services, but their treat selection was exactly what I was looking for--not just made in America, but flavors/content my dogs had never even tried before such as alligator or elk.

Thankful that Paws In The Park also accepts cats. The store and grooming facility is super clean, and the ladies very professional. There is a kennel in the back where your pet can decompress or wait for you. I take my indoor cat once or twice a year for a wash and pad scrub, nail trim, and ear cleaning. The price is fair and the job is well done.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Paws in the Park was recommended to me by my friend a few years back, best recommendation ever. I originally went there because our puppy shook out of fear when we bathed her. My friend explained that her dog used to be so scared too, but since they started coming to Paws in the Park, he comes bounding in with tail wagging for his bath. The owners are awesome! They really do treat your animal with so much love. Such warm and caring staff. I just can't say enough about them. We're so lucky to have them for a local business!!

Ramona is amazing!!! I was pretty stressed because my pup was turned away from his first grooming appointment (different business...they required a bordatella vaccine). We had made the appointment over a month ago and I'm finding that most groomers have a very busy schedule. I called several places and each had a wait list and no openings in weeks. Well, I finally called paws in the park, and Ramona told me to come in whenever I could, and she would try to take care of me. And she kept her word! My golden doodle is happily trimmed and looking fine. I can see his eyes again! She was able to fit me in between appointments. And the price was incredible. We are now forever customers. Thank you Ramona!!

Rude customer service most places allow returns if your dog doesn't like the food. Unless you know that your dog likes the food, stay away. The lady here was rude and disrespectful when I asked about trying to return it. Will be going else where.

This is definitely the best place to get pet. Very very helpful and knowledgeable. I give it five stars we have a very very old miniature Dotson and this is where we go to get her nails done. These ladies are totally. This is the only place we go and we live in

I go to Normandy Park at least 1 a month. Whenever I am there I have to stop. Julie is the nicest and most helpful. She really takes the time to get to know her customers and their fur babies. If gas wasn't so expensive I'd do all my pet shopping here. Thank you Julie and Yvette for your help.

I've brought my long-haired cat here twice for a bath and grooming when my regular groomer had an injury and referred me here. The first time I picked him up and he smelled good but didn't look much different. The second time I dropped him off, I found out that at the previous visit, they hadn't actually bathed him, but had given him a "dry bath" -- essentially combed some dry shampoo through his fur and called it good. They hadn't bothered to tell me this when I picked up him, and went ahead and charged me full price anyway. The groomer commented about how well-behaved and sweet my cat was, so I was surprised when I went up to the front to pay and the owner jokingly referred to him as a "little sh*t". I guess she's more of a dog person? Still a pretty inappropriate way to refer to a pet who's been entrusted to your care by a customer who's money you're gladly taking for questionably fulfilled services. The second time I brought him in, I was told that they would try to give him a wet bath, but if he didn't want to go in the water, they would do a dry shampoo again. I wasn't thrilled about this, but went along with it, and sure enough, when I picked him up, no wet bath. They said they had given him a good brushing, but when I got him home I found mats all throughout his undercoat. Again, he smelled good, but hadn't been given a proper bath, let alone a brushing worth packing him in the car for or spending any money on.Next time we're going back to our old groomer - the higher price and longer drive are well worth my cat being cleaned up beautifully and treated with respect.
