The storage unit was secure and very convenient to access. April took the time to explain everything clearly, and she was incredibly friendly and kind throughout.

Was told I cant close my storage unit while im inside of it which is extremely odd and an invasion of my privacy, I also get followed by a woman named April & get consistently harrassed as if Im not allowed to be there or am a suspicious person when I do literally nothing against their policies or rules.
It honestly is very disheartening & insulting to my character & really sucks. I told my friend to get a 24 hour unit & I wish she wouldve listened to me.
The only good thing is that they put a light on the storage unit & have underground options. Thats about it though.

I've had the pleasure of dealing with April at the Leary facility for years and she's always been respectful and as accommodating as one could expect. Her friendly and outgoing demeanor with customers is exemplary and it shows. Keep up the good work.

Recently surprise changed their access hours to 9am-6pm. Did you want to move something in or out of your unit before or after work? Nope. Scummy.

As far as move in process you can’t ask for much easier than this. April was so easy to work with and was quick in getting me in and out. Miles was great showing me around. Good so far. ?

My company rented 3 units here for the months we did renovations in our kitchen and office. The facility is clean, the spaces aren't cramped like some other storage units, there's plenty of parking, and April and her team are awesome! I highly recommend StoreQuest for your storage necessities.

We just moved out today but had a great experience our entire year here. We felt safe having all our camping and climbing gear stashed away here and had zero issues during the year. We did occasionally have issues with our code to enter the elevator and building but the staff always was super quick and friendly to help. When the staff weren’t there during business hours, it would take about 5-10 mins of hold time to reach someone at corporate to give us a temp code to get in. Overall, the place was super secure, safe, and clean and would definitely recommend.
