The spa pedicure is so worth it, the ladies here are wonderful. They take attention to detail and take their time even if they are busy. Great massage too! 10/10 recommend.

Highly recommend this salon, I went in with too short nails - yet was hoping for a natural look & almond shape. They were so kind, helpful and confident! I loved how I was pampered. I don't like UV light and they made me feel so comfortable with my choices - and were so thoughtful with making tailored recommendations that would work for me.
I'll be back for sure - super happy customer! Perfect nails for what I requested, thank you Perfection Nail Salon!

Here for a work trip and walked in after seeing some pics online. Got a pedicure and gel extensions. Everyone is so kind and friendly. Vee used my photos and executed my vision. Love them! Fun ambience, would reccomend.

Good at nails & designs however it doesn't seem that they clean their tools between customers and/or services. They also don't book & follow through on appointments. I called the day prior for a walk in and then booked an appointment for the following day. I called 20 mins prior to my appointment to confirm, made the 20 minute walk and their salon was completely full. Told me it would be 15-30 minutes.
This used to be my go to place and I looked past the tools hoping they actually cleaned them at some point but will not be returning as I have seen other customers have the same issue that I had today with not following through on an appointment.

Great service, very efficient & nearly always find a way to fit me in in short notice. Vee is an excellent nail artist! A little more $ than where I used to go in Ballard but to be expected w the location & you get what you pay for! This is the only nail salon I’ll go to downtown.

EDIT to respond to the business response claiming gel removal is on the menu: The menu said $15 for GelX or $20 for acrylic removal, neither of which I had. Also, if the menu had it gel removal specifically listed, why did the first person who gave me the price for gel removal say $10 at first, then change the second person change the price to $12 after I pointed out that gel removal was not in the menu they showed me? And then why did the person who finished my removal tell me she was changing the price AFTER she was done because she used a manual file? This dishonest response underscores the general dishonesty you can expect from this business. AVOID IT! Attaching photos of the menu that is hanging on their sign outside.
Do NOT come here! They are very dishonest about their service pricing.
I went twice (walk-in), once for a gel manicure and once for gel removal. The gel manicure was fine, not the best or worst.
But when I went in for a quick walk-in gel polish removal today (I did not have time for another service), things went VERY wrong. I was told they could accommodate my walk-in request and it would cost $10, which is in line with other nail salons, so I agreed and sat down. When I looked at their menu of services they gave me, it did not specifically list gel removal. When I pointed that out, a group of manicurists spoke in Vietnamese and changed the price to $12. Okay, whatever. I’m already here, I was fine with paying $12. I had planned on paying $15 with tip, so it wasn’t going to change anything on my end.
The first manicurist sat down and started with the drill file but she nicked my skin, so I pulled back and said “ouch.” She then had another conversation with a second manicurist in Viet, and the second manicurist sat down and finished the removal by removing the gel polish manually. It was fine (except I think she took a full layer of nail off my right index fingernail, because it was super bendy after).
BUT THEN, in the end she said “OK it $15 for you.” And when I said they told me $10 and $12. Why $15? She said it was because she removed my polish manually. I was never asked or told that they were going to change the way they removed my polish, and thus it would cost more. They just discussed it among themself in Vietnamese, and sprung the charge on me after they were done.
I gave them my card and it looks like they charged me $15.65. I guess there was a 4.33% tax or credit card fee? Dishonest AF. I will NEVER go back.

This was my first time in the USA and I chose Perfection Nail Salon to get my nails done, the first salon in Seattle that I will return to. I'm really surprised that they were able to make my nails look so beautiful that way and the staff here are so friendly. I was very pleased with my nails and felt very welcome. I will come back here when I have a chance to come to America again
