I always feel a little guilty walking into a store just 10 minutes before closing, but the employees at PetSmart were incredibly kind and helpful the moment I walked in. Very knowledgeable and the store has a huge selection on toys, treats, harnesses, leashes, food, etc. Plus it’s my dog’s favorite store :).

I've been ordering online so much, I kind of forgot how much fun it is to go to an actual pet store. Browsing the aisles, I found interesting products for both my cat and dog. The store was clean and staffed with people who really care about pets. They also had kittens for adoption from shelters.

Don’t get your dog groomed by Roxanne A!!!!! If you can’t do it how the customer asked, say that! And/or let someone else do it! :(

If you’re okay with a place going against your wishes.
Brought our pup in to get groomed. Upon arrival, Her hair was completely shaved off! She is a doodle! When adressed to Roxanne, there was no remorse. Unacceptable.

We came here for puppy supplies 7 years ago and come by all the time. The discount book for puppies is worth the first visit. We took all of the training classes and if you make it to all of them it's likely that you'll get lots of one on one trainer time. Most people drop out before the end. This is my dog's third place. She comes for the free treats and looks for the people she knows. I groom her myself and get my gear here. I can't do her toes though and like the easy drop in nail grinding at the dreaded doggy spa.

Nice place to get pet items. The big reason is their dog training. The nice lady( I'm sorry no good with names ) that is the trainer is amazing. First class and my pup sit ,layed down and made serious progress in potty training. One of the better choices we have made. If you have a crazy pup this is the place to go for training, as long as you put in the effort also. A few items out of stock and some things a bit pricey , but anymore what isn't. Still a great experience and staff.

Terrible experience with dog grooming. Our dog just received a terrible haircut, that was not at all what we asked for. Definitely would not recommend the grooming services.

Expensive! You'd be better off shopping at Mud Bay whose prices are half the amount as PetSmart, or online. The training classes are awesome! We did the puppy package and even as experienced dog owners, we learned a ton and it was a great help. Otherwise, It's just another pet store. They have everything you'd need for most any pet.
