A stunning place to view the Seattle skyline and a vast portion of the puget sound from. I recommend visiting during sunset. Make sure to dress for cold winds.

Just got back from a Alaska cruise, I'm disabled and this people really went out of their way to help me. People will say "is their job" but they REALLY helped me with everything and always had a smile. Loved it.. thank you all .definitely will be back for another cruise.

Very efficient with plenty of workers to guide/direct you through the onboarding and offboarding process. We left from the port of Seattle in late October for an Alaskan Cruise on Norwegian Encore. We got dropped off, so don't anything about parking options. The drop off point is hard to miss, the cruise ship was huge overseeing the docks and the mass of humanity getting things done makes it clear where you need to be. You need to drop off your checked baggage once dropped off and it's a lot easier if you had it already prelabeled (NCL sent us the luggage tags in the mail about a month before our departure). You then walk a bit to get into the building, where they will check your name against the manifest. Then you go through security (similar to an airport); no water is allowed. Then there is a long set of lines to check-in. It's one long queue so you don't have to choose which line seems to go faster...someone will direct you to the register. NCL actually gives you your cruise card (used to identify you and also as a room key) right there which is nice. In Seattle, the entry is on deck 7 so you have to go up a series of ramps. At the point of entry onto the ship, they scan your (new) card and take a picture. At that point, you are on the boat. The whole process took under an hour and was really well directed.

Dropped friends off and picked them up the next weekend.Drop off was very easy little traffic.Pickup was a small nightmare with traffic backing up the streets. Just total mess.Friends ended up walking north up the street to get away from the major cluster of traffic

Plenty of help available to unload and move luggage. An almost unbelievable number of cabbies or Uber drivers available as soon as you walk out the door to take you anywhere you need to go. If you're getting off a cruise ship, no need to have transport lined up! Bathrooms were very clean. Building is easy to navigate.

The best part of this place is, it is not so crowded and you can have the view all by yourself.
