The owner is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and informative. This smoke shop is a friendly and inviting place. The staff are very knowledgeable and the price are very fair. Customers come here because of these factors. They have gotten to know them and they treat their customers very good. They are polite and have a sense of humor which is good. Back and forth between Seattle and Chicago they have a sense of humor.
