I ordered a set of bocce balls and selected USPS as the delivery method, as that was the fastest way to ensure the set arrived on a Thursday, in time for our camping trip. I received a notification that the packaged had shipped UPS and would not arrive until Monday (after we leave). I called, stating that I had selected USPS as the delivery method intentionally to recieve the package in time for our trip. The person I spoke with stated that my address was coming up as invalid

Awful customer service. I placed an order and inquired about their free shipping promotion when they sent me a receipt. I was met with a condescending and rude response and they cancelled my order! I was simply asking a question about their promotion and did not request a cancellation. I asked why my order was cancelled and was met with another rude and condescending message. They offered me no customer service whatsoever or any sort of apology. I have been a loyal customer for over a year and placed more than 5 orders from this site. However, after this experience, I will never again do business with a company that shows such little regard for its customers!

Very fast customer service. Quality Perfetta bocce balls. Product shipped very fast to my house. Highly recommend. ( I took the balls out of the shipping package before taking the photo.)

So I see a couple of negative reviews regarding customer service (one of them being completely the fault of the buyer). First of all, the bocce balls I got look and feel very nice (the second most expensive ones). I haven't had a chance to play many games with them yet. I live in Canada and when I received my shipment missing one of the balls, I had to call the company and inquire about it. I was preparing for an argument about paying replacement costs, but the owner explained that sometimes the shipment will be mistreated by the mail carriers and one or more balls may be lost in transit. He provided me another ball free of charge and no shipping and no argument. To me, this is top notch customer service and standing by your product. Give them a try!

IF! you choose to use this outfit, be VERY, VERY CAREFUL in filling out the shipping forms because, unlike nearly every other online shipping company these days, this company does NOT verify addresses before they ship and they take NO RESPONSIBILITY for not having that step in place. Hence, when I didn't catch an incorrect autofill on their form, they didn't catch it either. So my order went to an undeliverable address, I never received it, and I was charged $18.95 in shipping fees for an order I did not receive. They took no responsibility for their part in the screw up and instead rudely lambasted me about people today not taking responsibility. Apparently their responsibility in the process stops when they get your money. I guess I should feel fortunate that they didn't also try to nail me for the cost of the item I never received. By way of accepting some responsibility I offered to split with them what was obviously an inflated shipping fee and then order a replacement item to be shipped to the right address. They refused that option though, cancelled my order, and pocketed the profit on the shipping fee. Perhaps that's just part of their business profit model. The shame of it was that, if the item was a good one, I had thoughts of making a number of them Christmas presents this year. I'll obviously have to find another source though. When asked why they don't have the typical address verification step that is today's standard for online ordering companies, they told me that they only match the state and zip and just hope for the best with the rest of the address. "Hope for the best"? Really? Given that they are solely an online shipping company, you'd think that accurate and effective shipping would be an important part of their business model, but apparently that's not the case with Playaboule. For them it's simpler to just blame the customer and move on. In reading the reviews, it seems obvious that they also work hard to not cover defective items, so BUYER BEWARE when it comes to this outfit. Apparently their philosophy is that the customer is always wrong.

Not worth even 1 star. Completely rude and not worth satisfying a customer. Didn't get a full return on product. Like they are theifs. I'm going somewhere people care about there customers.

I used this $80 bocce set one time and one of the batteries container failed when I tried to use it the next time. The company FLAT OUT refused to replace the plug under warranty and encouraged me to buy an entire set of replacement plugs for an additional $26, claiming that a replacement plug was SO CHEAP that they couldn't afford to sell individual replacements (ridiculous claim - money grubbing bastards, if you ask me), but that I would have purchase an entire set for $26. Ridiculous. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND purchasing from this company. Their customer service is absolutely the worst that I have ever dealt with. Save yourself some money, time, and frustration and take your business elsewhere - you won't regret it.
