I had a design I wanted to have direct-to-garment (DTG) printed on to a sweatshirt (DTG is usually less expensive than screen printing, especially if the design has more than one color), and I wanted to have it done locally in order to save time because I needed to have it as soon as possible—like within two or three days.
I did a search for printing shops in the Seattle area that do DTG printing and don't have a minimum order quantity (I just wanted one sweatshirt printed), and then contacted the few that I found. A couple of them didn't even bother replying, and the ones that did said they were unable to do it in such a short time. Except for one: Pork Chop. They replied to my email within a couple hours and said they could squeeze me in and have it ready the next day! Not only that, but they also didn't even charge me extra for the rush turn-around time!
In short, Pork Chop* is THE go-to place in the Seattle area if you have a small DTG order and need it done ASAP (they do large orders also, so definitely check them out regardless of how big your order is).
* Their full name is Pork Chop Screen Printing, but I think they should change it to Pork Chop Screen & DTG Printing.

Proof came out perfect but 70% of the 10 shirt order came out faded. I felt something was off (when I came to pick up the product and the desk person Rachel hurriedly came out and passed me off the folded & packaged order while "on the phone" before I could even exit my vehicle to go over things) but I ignored my intuition.
It wasn't until I got home & took a good look at the product that her haste made sense. I immediately reached out, but because it was a Friday, I had to wait until Monday to "rectify" the matter.
Long story short, after trying different brands of blanks & "calibrating" the DTG printers settings, they were somehow unable to reproduce the quality that was presented with the Proof & a portion of my order due to something (all of a sudden) being wrong with the printer. Which sucks, because I looked forward to patronizing this establishment for all my future projects because the Proof came out so well.
Aside from the quality of a portion the product, my only other issue is how it wasn't brought to my attention beforehand that some of the shirts were faded in comparison to others, when they had been inspected before being packaged & handed off to me. Or if they hadn't been inspected before they'd been packaged and handed off, THAT indeed would be an issue.
On the upside, they printed off a couple extras (in an attempt to reproduce the initial quality presented in the Proof) which I was allowed to keep. So that was appreciated.

Pork Chop is the BEST.
My band has been working with them for around 8 years now for all of our merch. We won’t go anywhere else.
They just recently came through for us again in the biggest way by helping us with a rush order.
Amazing shop. Amazing people. Can’t recommend them enough.

I ordered a very small batch of shirts for a friend's birthday gift a few years back. The prints looked awesome and the colors really popped. Even now, the shirts look like they did when I picked them up, and have been worn multiple times.

Just got our shirts back and they look amazing. Pastel 5 color silkscreen with minor variations in color and they nailed it. Customer service is next level. Rachel communicated with me during off hours when I did not expect it. Thought there was a potential problem with a screen outline on the print but it was just a light screen imprint that disappeared. The response was just as fast regarding that (non) issue. Highly recommend this local small business
