Appointment had to be rescheduled because of a system error and wasn't aware the rescheduling would change where I had to go so I couldn't make it in time to the new location. Basically ended up being charged because of poor communication.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience with Naysha’s business practices was so disappointing that I feel compelled to share. I’m not here to talk about her quality of work, because she is a talented artist.
I’m here to talk about Naysha’s business practices, as her professionalism and reliability are severely lacking. Last summer, she ran a promotion for a prepaid bundle of eyebrow threading sessions ($100). I found her availability extremely narrow and ultimately incompatible with my work schedule, so it was already hard enough to see her. I wish that I hadn’t given in and prepaid for her services.
Naysha had earned a reputation of being tardy to her appointments or like in my case, not showing up at all. In October of 2024, I had an appointment on a particularly cold and rainy day. Sensing she might be late, I texted her in advance. The studio isn’t open unless she’s there, so I didn’t want to be left waiting outside. She never showed up. Emergencies happen, but failing to communicate with a paying client is unacceptable.
With the exception of my first visit, I never used the bundle I paid for. I requested a refund, but to this day, I haven’t received my money back. At this point, she leaves me wondering whether I had been scammed.
Naysha is kind and skilled, but I can’t recommend her business. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision before committing to a prepaid service with Posh Parlor.

Kate is the most talented and professional lash and brow artist that I have found to date. She has consistently given me beautiful lash extensions, brow waxes, brow laminations, and is the only person that I let thread my eyebrows.
Kate always listens to me and works with me to give me the look that I want. I always leave her studio feeling beautiful.

Naysha is the best. Her eagerness to make my eyelash extension dreams come true was clear from the moment I walked into her studio; she took the time to thoroughly discuss the look I had in mind as well as her process, ultimately delivering exactly what I wanted.
She works quickly and is very gentle throughout application, making it a priority to keep you comfortable and relaxed. I am on my fourth set and still amazed by the longevity of my fills. After three years of consistently getting extensions, I have been SO excited about finding Naysha and getting to work with her - I have been beyond thrilled about my lashes ever since my first visit.

Naysha is amazing at brows and airbrush makeup! I cannot recommend her enough. I've been going to her for over 10 years for brow tinting and shaping. She really knows what she's doing. And I recently had her start doing airbrush make up for my photo shoots. It was so light and natural but also made me look 15 years younger. Perfecto!

Naysha is so amazing!!! i’ve been an og client of hers for so long. she’s never failed to amaze me with how my lashes turn out. she’s very kind and very sweet and i always have a good time when i have my appointments. i’ve never gone to anyone else for about 5 years. her skills are out of this world. i recommend for everyone to get their lashes done with naysha! you will never be disappointed.

Super volume wispy lashes in literally an hour. I’ve never been to a place that gets so many lashes on me, they last a long time, and it takes her half the time of any other place. Plus she’s super nice and fun to talk to.

Naysha is amazing at what she does. She has been doing my eyelash extensions for 6 years now and I trust her work, she always makes sure my lashes compliment my eye shape and that’s the detail I need from my tech. My natural eyelashes have also stayed healthy for YEARS because she’d technique is too clean, she truly knows exactly what she is doing.

I recently visited Posh Parlor for a last minute lash extension service before a vacation and it was the best decision I could have made. Not only did she provide a friendly and relaxing environment, but she also did an outstanding job on my lashes. From the moment I walked into the salon, I was greeted with a warm welcome and immediately knew I was in good hands. The salon was clean and well-maintained, which only added to the overall experience. Naysha was attentive to my preferences and throughout the process, she checked in with me to ensure that I was comfortable. The end result was beautiful natural-looking lashes that have received numerous compliments. I was able to go makeup-free on my vacation and still feel confident and beautiful.
