Can we get a refund ~ This establishment has gone down hill fast ~ We visited same time last year finding our experience night & day different((w/ exception of pre-ordering on-line/app experience was again 20+ minutes in several attempts loading the order in cart w/ no results = ended up calling estab(broken record ~ apologize for the inconvenience & may have to come into location for purchase's)) ~ We'd be surprised when here next year this place is still in business ~ Suggest not wasting funds on their over-priced sandwiches & also for example +bacon(2x measly 'old' strips of tasteless something at approx same price as a pound of decent bacon from ya'lls local markets)...

Ordered the "Big White Wreck."All the employees are surly and unhelpful. Zero personality.The sandwich itself was pretty good other than the oil. I asked for no oil so of course they drenched it in oil. George likes it spicy so I went for the hot peppers. They don't lie, they are spicy, you have been warned. ?❤️?️

I got an email from Potbelly claiming that I'll get a free sandwich after my first order and now they're trying to charge me for my 2nd sandwich. I contacted their CS and they claim that they don't see my order on my account and after forwarding screenshots, they ghosted me. This is false advertising and I am very disappointed.

Ordered through doordash. Sandwich was literally burnt. Mustard only on part of it. Barely any meat. Ordered a bowl of chicken pot pie and a cup of baked potato. The pot pie soup bowl wasn’t even half full. Very disappointed.

I ordered today 01/12/2024 - total of 3 orders - 6 sandwiches, customized order to have all the options available as everything extra for all 6 and removed all the meat from every sandwich if any, came back home and opened the Mediterranean Sandwich to eat and to my surprise the sandwich was bare bone, half sandwich was not even having anything in it, rest half was a mixture of mayo, hummus, onion, and cucumber, is it called as Mediterranean sandwich from the potbelly menu? Definitely not. Staff seemed very confused, was talking in non-english language all along, milk shake blenders are broken, no shake was included in the order even after ordering, and they did not even inform about it, and when brought up that shake is missing, they said OH, and went to blender, and came back saying it is broken.I am really concerned on all my sandwiches I have left whether they are up to the order standards I ordered or are they all bare bone as the first sandwich was, I do not have a pic of the eaten sandwich but I do have other 5 remaining which I can bring back and get them checked and fixed as necessary, also, next time I will take pictures of all other 5 sandwiches before I eat and post them here for everyone to look at what they look like from the order today.Please fix my sandwiches and make your staff trained to talk in english language and prepare the recipe of the sandwich as instructed in order and not something out of rush or they wish will.Please respond ASAP on this all other 5 sandwiches check and fixes.Update: with in 2 hours (01/12/2024):I inspected all the sandwiches at home, took all the pictures as necessary, went back to the store, talked to the Store manager of the day, he very nicely first asked me to come back tomorrow and will have me talk to real store manager and refund all my money back, then few seconds later, he gave me another option to fix the order and all sandwiches. He very humbly and respectfully worked along with another associate girl at that time in store and fixed all of my order sandwiches - total of 8 sandwiches were fixed and handed over to me.With all the respect and attention that was given to me and on my order, I said very thank you to both, hugged the store manager to express my gratitude.Now with that all set of positive outcome, I have raised my rating from 1 star to 5 star to all categories Food, Service and Atmosphere as they made me feel special. Please as a request give both of them a very good raise in some way or the other, make them feel appreciated more to what they do and go extra mile. Thanks.

I frequent this Potbelly quite often during the evenings after the completion of my longer shifts. The staff has consistently been kind, completing my order in a standard amount of time. Each order I have enjoyed well.I would like to mention the review posted before mine. I saw those two folks. To be treating Potbelly staff so poorly at 7pm on a Friday evening... man, I hope my life never gets that bad. A wrong order elicits appropriate feedback, but to be upset that others speak English + other languages is quite ridiculous. What I can say is that the staff was extremely professional and handled the situation better than most would. The gentleman took down key information and spoke calmly. The lady carried on operations for the rest of the customers. Thank you!

Don't order during lunch time or you will be waiting an hour for it. The staff is very unorganized and in no sense of urgency even when there was 20+ people waiting for their order. Do not go here!

I've absolutely enjoyed this place! Food has always been good and correct! How ever my order today was beyond lack luster. My sandwich came with over cooked ham, and 1 slices of pepperoni and the salami. For $12 I'd expect the same quality of food every time. Will definitely be reaching out for a refund! Hope this does not become a recurring issue!

Love the food. Hate the portion size for the price. For $15 you should get at least a medium sized soup. Totally not worth the money.

Everything about my visit today was frustrating. I placed an order to be picked up at 1:15pm. I finally walked out with my order at 1:52. I expected to walk in, grab my stuff, and leave. Instead I was left standing there waiting for them to get organized for over half an hour. There was one person who was working the register and bagging the pick up orders, and she didn't seem particularly interested in doing either of them quickly or efficiently. I heard one guy say he had been there waiting over an hour! Are you kidding me? Sandwiches piling up ready to be bagged and booted out the door, and no one was putting food in bags and giving them to customers.I get that 1:00 is a rough time for places around Amazombie-land. I've lived here for years, I know what to reasonably expect. This wasn't it. This was beyond unreasonable. I called after to get a refund on my order, and it's like they didn't even care. They were just going to refund it no questions asked. I had to ask if they wanted to know why I wanted a refund.

Food is good, but they are beyond slow and lose orders constantly. They don't know how to manage high demand and rush hour. Staff is unorganized and usually unhelpful. Really want to put 1 star because the service is that bad but the food isn't bad.
